Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Bečići

The house was very clean, nice and spacious. Pool was super and everything was very private. Ivana was super quick to respond to questions and the host Dorde was there to welcome us with some nice local food, wine, juice and home made rakia. He even took us to the mountains and supplied us all week with home grown vegetables. The house is 2,5 km from Herceg Novi, so it takes a taxi or a good walk to get to town. There is a bakery just next door and a local restaurant and market some 400 m from the house. We had a lovely time all 8(two families) of us. Would go again.

Super nice villa on the hill above Budva. Great view of the city. Reachable by car or taxi, doable. Great pool (with lights for in the evening), bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Everything is clean and nice. Would definitely recommend! The host Marija is wonderful and they have arranged airports transfers very good. 10/10 would recommend.

The house is incredible and gets great sunset views from the hot tub! Hosts are incredible and very helpful with recommendations and even helped us get around town. Highly recommend this place for a getaway!

The villa is special and very luxurious and wonderfully designed and has charming views of the sea eating rooms and there are all the features we want, my family and I had a beautiful time and we had a lot of fun, restaurants are close five minutes by car as well as the supermarket ,

Tha place is magnificent, good with tye Vila, the lac, the pool the rooms, kitchen, garden. it'sa piece of heaven. I definitely recommend it and would like to comeback again

Thank you for a great stay! The view is sublime. The location is central; several nice places are easily accessible (by bus). Nearby places to eat, supermarket for the much needed nearby. Especially the hospitality of Jelena and Nikolai was the icing on the cake. It started with a warm welcome. You can ask all your questions and tips, but also for a nice chat. We were allowed to taste the homemade "womens" and eventually "stronger" liqueur and this was shared extensively. We found a very nice addition to our stay. All in all, highly recommended for a nice, relaxed and cozy place! Thank you!

If you are up for a great location in a little village this is the place for you. It was a pure pleasure to look out at the stunning Kotor bay from our big terrace and our private little pier allowed us to chill by the water. There was an issue with the air conditioning which couldn't be fixed due to the weekend. But with such a great view and location we would definitely come back.

I booked this stay for my partners birthday and it was absolutely perfect down to the little touches of making up a baby cot. This is a beautiful property and definitely worth the little extra from a standard room! Thank you for being a lovely host.

This is a beautiful property with countless little touches that show it was crafted with care. The location was exactly what we were looking for—up in the hills above the sea, but not so far that it’s impractical to go down to sea level. The road up to the property is ~1.6 km long with an elevation gain of ~160 meters. The road is two lanes wide the entire length and easy enough to navigate. The property has 3 flights of stairs: 1 outdoors, and 2 more inside. The layout is 1 room per floor, which allows for more privacy within the house than you would have from a single-floor layout. The master bedroom on the top floor has a beautiful view of the sea and a luxurious bathroom with walk in rain shower and jacuzzi bathtub. The couch on the second floor is very large and very comfortable, and the kitchen on the bottom floor is very well equipped. Since there were only two of us, we did not use the second separate bedroom above the garage.

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

My family, a total of 7 people stayed at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms , 4 bathrooms, a big terrace and a pool. The location is great, there are a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to shop or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We stayed for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were exchanged very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The host is always available, she helps with the slightest problem right away. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

Beautiful villa in a very picturesque location; responsive and very helpful and friendly host; lots of help to organise airport transfers and beautiful boat trip; great restaurant recommendations; electrical storm effected electricity supply and this was sorted on the day with the minimum of fuss; any requests made (which were very few) were actioned within minutes; great communication whilst there-nothing too much trouble to ensure we had the best time I rarely leave reviews but credit where credits due-this villa is 'everything it says and more!' great value for the size of group we were and weather sensational

Our stay was absolutely incredible. We were 7 ladies on a weekend break away. Anastasia was so incredibly helpful before our arrival as I had lots of questions. She helped us to arrange a cosmetologist come to the villa. Tanya cooked us an amazing breakfast every day and we booked her for a BBQ which was amazing. They also helped us organise food from a nearby kitchen. The villa was clean and beautifully kept. We all felt very safe also. It had everything we needed. There is not one thing that we can say we didn’t like. Every single part was enjoyable. We shall we returning for another visit and we highly recommend this villa and host and all their staff.
