Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Beaver County

Me and a couple of friends used to live in the area for several years and we wanted to visit Beaver County again. We chose Zack’s place as we were familiar with the area and my friend used to live down the street. The home was inviting, cozy and Zack was very accommodating. We are planning our next trip back to PA soon and hope to stay here again!

What a cute place! Jodi is an amazing host and proactive communicator. The space was incredibly clean and cozy and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. My big friend and I spent two days at Kara’s place this past weekend (mid-January). Check-in was a breeze and the place was warm and tidy. It’s a newly renovated, spacious basement with a bedroom, lounge area and huge bathroom with stand-up shower and washer and dryer. The bedroom has two queen beds, a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee maker. The lounge includes couch, coffee table and large screen TV. There’s a fireplace, but I don’t think it is being used. There is also an area with dart board, putting green, and stand-up video game for entertainment. It’s was cold and snowy, so we weren’t able to enjoy the outdoor patio and fire pit, but the view from the back yard is pretty sweet. We spent the weekend exploring Frankfort Mineral Springs and Falls, hiking and XC skiing trails at Raccoon State Park. We enjoyed an amazing steak and seafood dinner at JW Halls Steak & Seafood in Aliquippa. Food, service and atmosphere are 10/10! We loved our stay!

This was our second stay in one of Zack's properties, and once again it was a great stay. Zack's places are clean, tastefully decorated, and easy to feel at home in. Any time I've had questions, he responds quickly and politely. Wonderful experience!

This was the perfect place to have a nice getaway from the every day stress from work and life. It is very welcoming and cozy. The house is just as described and the vibe of it is perfect. I felt right at home as soon as I stepped inside. Lyle was very helpful and understanding when I had to cut my trip short due to work.

We loved our time here! The house had everything we needed and then some! Jonathan was so responsive and helpful. We will be back, for sure! Our pups loved the fenced in backyard and being able to do laundry before the long drive back to Dallas, Tx was a huge bonus!

We spent a long weekend with family including our 90 year old mom. Having a bedroom and bathroom on first floor was great for her. The home is just beautiful, newly renovated up and down. Amazing kitchen, bathrooms, adorable porch and huge yard. The pellet stove kept the home cozy and to watch it snowing outside made even better. Plenty of parking, amenities were perfect and exactly what you needed. Did I mention the welcome sign, a delicious pie and even dog cookies for our pup waiting for us? Just amazing!!

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property. The house was spotlessly clean, really nicely decorated and well appointed. Chris was so responsive and helpful and the thoughtful touches were really appreciated by our family. The location was great, close enough to campus but not right in the thick of it. We will definitely be back!

Stayed here for a few months while working at the hospital in Beaver. The house was great. It had everything we needed to feel at home. Gabriella is very accommodating. Although the house was already booked by another customer for a weekend in the middle of our stay, the checking out and back in was made very quick and easy.

Great place! The blanket in the king room was like butter ❤️ made my nights. After being gone from home for 2 weeks! The yard was awesome. I would stay again for sure.

My daughter had to be in the Pittsburgh area for two weeks due to a school requirement. Michael met her there at check in, and made sure she had everything she needed. And, he graciously gave her a late check out since her flight didn’t leave until later in the evening. Everything went smoothly, and this mom was happy she was safe, and grateful for Michael and Michelle’s help.

Everything was amazing. Excellent host. Easy to check in. Location walkable to restaurants in the area. Would definitely be back.

Another great stay in Pittsburgh! We always enjoy this home because of the fantastic space and amazing view of the city. I think this was our fourth time here and can’t wait to stay again in the future. This home is ideal!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, the location was close to so many things and only a very short drive to the strip. The tips/info provided beforehand helped with planning and getting an idea of what to expect ahead of time. The Andy Worhal theme made for a great touch!

My family and I had a lovely stay here over the holidays. Parking is easy, and it was easy to access the unit. Everything was clean and comfortable, and was very little noise from the street. The bathroom having a heated floor was a nice perk as well! Would stay here on another visit :) thank you to our hosts!

Kevin and Jaki's home was comfortable and welcoming. They took the time to decorate for the holidays which was a nice touch, and made the stay more special. The house was just as described with all the amenities we needed for our stay. We really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom. They were perfect for a good nights sleep and the bed was pretty comfortable, as well. The house is in a great location with plenty to do nearby. Kevin and Jaki were very responsive and made sure we had a great holiday stay. We would defintely recommend their home for future stays.

John's place was perfectly as described. Nice quiet neighborhood, and with good public transit access (which can be rare in Pittsburgh). I'd recommend to anyone coming to town for an event, but not necessarily being right downtown. The place was well set up for an extended stay as well, better equipped than most long term rentals I've used.

it was seriously just what we needed for a relaxing get away ! although our concert was canceled , we enjoyed that the location was so close to so many different activities !
