We had a wonderful short break whilst visiting family in the area. The property is very well equipped and homely, but unfortunately we did not have the chance to enjoy all that was on offer due to being so busy exploring. The town is lovely and with easy parking outside the property, we were able to make the most of the location. It will be our ‘go-to’ for future visits.

Fran's small character house is ideally located at Dinan. Everything is nearby, shops, historical sites, the accommodation sits at the foot of the castle. Fran is a beautiful person, who has a sense of hospitality, with flowers on our arrival and other small attention..... I highly recommend this beautiful place, tastefully furnished, in a beautiful green setting.

We had a lovely stay at this rental. Excellent welcome from Hervé. The services of his home are of very high quality. Note a very comfortable bedding to recover after a long trip.

The accommodation was really well appointed, even better than in the photos which is very often the opposite on some rentals, comfortable bedding, the water features were great. The living room is very good.

we are delighted to have been able to spend time in Valerie's place. we had enough room for 4 and all the necessities to spend a weekend in Hauteville. The garden is enclosed which is great for animals. thank you very much to Valerie for her availability even if we did not meet.

our hostess was welcoming and considerate. She adapted the accommodation to our needs in order to satisfy us and make our stay the most comfortable possible. the accommodation is very clean, well furnished and quiet. it is a 20 minute walk from the historic city center and the train station, near the Thabor Park. it is easy to park nearby in an unpaid parking lot. the stay was very pleasant

This was our first time staying in this type of accommodation in France and it did not disappoint! Holiday park is exactly as described and perfect for families with children of all ages. Fantastic location with lots to do within easy driving distances.

We had a great week. The apartment is well located, very clean, very well appointed. Parking on the street and in front of the apartment free of charge. Le Sillon beach is about a 10 minute walk away. Thank you for your welcome, kindness and availability. We'll be there again.
