Wonderful experience! Shayla was exceedingly responsive and allowed us last minute booking at Villefranche sur Mer. Our initial apt was so disappointing, we vacated after one night, grateful to find Shayla’s beautiful apartment available. View is incredible from dusk to dawn, clean, quiet and all amenities provided for our stay. Charming old town, market day in the square, grocery, great restaurants, warm sandy beach, close easy access to train. Our only regret was not staying longer than 3 days but we had a flight to catch. Our next trip, we’ll definitely book this apartment! Super host!

We had a wonderful time at Mark's home. It is exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and cozy. The balcony is the best part! Location couldn't get any better! There's a boat shuttle that is very convenient for accessing the other side where the famous casino is. The rock is walking distance with lots of cute shops and restaurants. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I highly recommend staying at Herve's! The views of the sea are spectacular. The kitchens and bathrooms were well equipped and recently updated. Even has heated towel racks. Very walkable location. Everything about our stay was great. We will be back.

I had a marvellous stay at this beautiful beachside location. Nice local shops and restaurants nearby and easy connections into the airport and Nice via bus and trams. Serves as a great base to explore nearby cities along the Côte d'Azur. Sandrine was responsive even on a public holiday. The shower curtain is starting to age but easy to fix. Recommend booking for winter stays!

We rented this cottage to visit our family, initially because it was well located, and we could park the car in the walled garden. We will come back for the cleanliness of the place, for the surrounding calm despite the walking proximity to the beach. We were not disappointed, the cottage was very convenient, well equipped, and remodeled with great taste!

Beautiful villa in a quiet location that is close to all locations. The pool and garden were great. All communication was excellent and we really appreciated Sandro being able to accommodate our late arrival due to our flight being delay. We would definitely choose this villa again in the future.

We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

This Airbnb is stunning! The views of the Mediterranean from inside the house are splendid, as well as views from the two terraces. I loved drinking coffee in the morning and watching the light dance on the sea. Just a short walk down to the Plage du Buse! The house is a short drive to most sights in the region. Make sure you go up to the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin; it’s so cute and a nice spot for dinner with views of the sea. I only have good things to say! Would recommend and stay here again :)

A modern, clean and well-equipped flat in a quiet location, with stunning views in a beautiful area with many attractions nearby. The hillside location makes exploring the village and grocery shopping much more convenient with a car. There is plenty of free parking on the street. Communication was quick and smooth. We can highly recommend this flat.

This was a beautiful little place to stay. The unit has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The unit has all the cooking equipment needed and it has all of the appliances you need. It is an about a 30 min walk to the train station Loubet Plage and you can get all of coastal towns. Paul welcomed us into his home and we loved our stay. It was like a home away from home.

Charlottes Place was beautiful with plenty of natural light and large rooms. It was perfect for a family get away- very good location which was close to the port and lots of restaurants near by. The concierge, Firas was wonderful - friendly, very responsive and gave us additional restaurant reconditions. I would highly recommend this place and would stay here again when I go back to Nice.

We enjoyed our stay at Christopher’s place. He welcomed us warmly and explained everything in detail. The flat was tidy and clean, with a large terrace offering a stunning sea view. The kitchen was well-equipped with all amenities. On-permise parking in the spacious garage was easy. There was easy access to the private beach just behind the building. Highly recommended!

catherine's place is at its best. By the way we were received, the cleanliness and all the elements of the description even beyond our expectations. The proximity to the sea, the train station, all the shops, an Italian restaurant full of life and excellence and in addition to the medical analysis laboratory ( because my husband had a follow-up to do) In short, go with your eyes "closed" you can't be disappointed...big thanks to Catherine Dominique

I felt very comfortable in this apartment. It is simple, very functional, with love and fully equipped. Tea and coffee are also available for the first hours. Berta is a gracious agile person and will be able to help in any situation. I'd love to come again.

Exceptional apartment! Very nicely furnished with everything you need - we were in love from the first second. The location perfect, with underground parking, so we often walked along the sea into town. Many thanks to Delphine and Nicolas - a true gem!

My partner and I were in Monaco & the SOF for over a week. This was the perfect place to plant our feet. Martine’s place was right in the heart of Monaco. A short walk in any direction to access parks, recreation, the beach, museums, gardens, the casino and too many great cafes and restaurants to mention here. 25 minutes from Nice, an hour to Cannes. The flat was spacious, clean & comfortable! It was stocked with everything you would need to have a comfortable stay. The views, spectacular! If you are visiting Monaco, I would absolutely recommend Martine’s beautiful home.

Willy was very responsive to any questions proposed. His place was very clean and the stairs as seen in the air bandb photos were not an issue for me. There are rails to hold onto as you ascend/descend, as the stairs are steep. The area was very peaceful and close to restaurants, markets and pharmacies. Anything you may need or want, including the beach was in close proximity. Great stay !

Solange was a very helpful and warm host. She went the extra mile to help. Her apartment is comfortable and conveniently situated for the beach (and a lovely pool and huge supermarket) with easy parking. The train station is a brisk 20 min walk away and from it you can easily explore the region. Of course you may just want to rest quietly in the apartment - also a possibility.
