Holiday rentals with a patio in Beaune

The apartment is very nice, cozy and inviting. I spent 3 good nights in this accommodation, the residence is very quiet as well as the street. We start to hear traffic around 7am on weekdays (for people who are sensitive to noise). The kitchen is well equipped. I enjoyed my stay and will book this apartment again for my next trip to Dijon. I put 4/5 for check-in because it was not self-contained, but the hosts are working on this point, they are very committed to offering the best service possible.

Check-in was very warm and welcoming. Pascale took great care of us and our little 10-month-old baby. We immediately felt at home in this little cocoon. Pascale is very responsive if you miss anything. The accommodation is in a very quiet place, not far from shops or even Dijon. We recommend this place that's missing and the host will make you feel at home

Very pleasant weekend in this charming little clean cottage, nicely decorated and equipped. Due to these negative temperatures, we particularly appreciated the heating and the fireplace. Thank you so much for the breakfast and the delicious pear jam!

We booked the place for 2 couples for one night. The apartment was clean, as described and presented everything necessary for a short stay. We were able to park right in front of the property as parking spaces were available all along the street. The seasonal cold meant that we did not enjoy the very friendly garden. Noted, just a small water heater issue that was quickly resolved by our host after a few messages were exchanged. Elea was also able to arrange the departure time for us. Have a great weekend at Marie's. The place perfectly matches the listing, the place is very good for 4 people, and Marie is super responsive. She provided us with a raclette machine and allowed us to leave a little later because it suited us. Thanks for everything!

We extended our stay and relocated to this property from Bertrand's other place. This one is on two floors, which was great. It is furnished the same and to a very high standard. The property is really well equipped with everything you could need. It's fresh, modern and tastefully designed/decorated. You can easily get into Dijon within 10-15 mins walking, and the neighbourhood is safe, quiet and pleasant. The ability to park within the compound is a great bonus. Bertrand is a superb host. We had a small problem with the radiators, and within 20 mins he was there to fix it. He is very mindful of his guests and puts a lot of energy and attention into his accomodation. We will not hesitate to re-book here :)

We stayed here one night on our way to the south. Excellent clean accommodation, 20 minutes walk to the centre of Dijon. We visited Beaune the next day which was lovely too.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was very clean and well provisioned. The towels were quality and there were cozy robes left in all the rooms. Annelies was easy to communicate with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

We looked for a place to celebrate 30 years of friendship with our French friends. We would be around 16/17 people. The house is perfect for a group of family/friends and appeals to all generations. The loft (annex) that had just been arranged also appealed to young people very much. We enjoyed preparing the festive meals together. The bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms are spotless. Around the house there is a large court where you can play frisbee, table tennis, foosball. And a beautiful pool, illuminated in addition for the evening! What a beautiful setting! The owners are very nice. The beautiful city of Dijon is really next door. We recommend all families or groups of friends to stay there! Conny Ammerlaan (Netherlands)

Sylvie is very responsive and friendly. Everything was perfect. A welcome bottle of wine was waiting for us upon arrival and it is a very delicate and appreciated attention. Thank you for everything and for the tasting!
