We stayed in Nice for a week as a family and enjoyed the place there very much. The amenities were great for us, a really well-equipped kitchen, a large and furnished terrace including BBQ. 👍 Raphael was always quick and helpful to our questions, came by herself twice and even provided us with the private ping pong table. 🏓 The bus stop is only 5 minutes away and so we only traveled by bus and train. We highly recommend this apartment from Raphael! 👍💪👌 Great!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Silvia's lovely place at 2 Rue Venizelos in Cannes, and I can’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I arrived, Silvia was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. We had a great time in the apartment and the couch is very comfortable. The room at the top is not suitable for people who measure more than 1.70 and there is no velux window but just a vasistas. Cooking utensils are missing, such as spatulas, kitchen knives, thrifty etc.

The place is beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished ( I still miss that comfortable couch.😄) Air-conditioned, a big plus! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything necessary, even a microwave. Bathroom is of generous size as well as the shower and modern.

Sally is an amazing host, the apartment is stunning, and it's in my favorite location. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the apartment feels like home. Everything was absolutely perfect, 100% recommended!

Excellent stay A stone's throw from Monaco and the train station, close to a supermarket. The place is exactly as described and very pleasant! Luckily there were the fans as it was very hot. And small problem to park the car but covered parking nearby certainly for a fee. But very pleasant stay and Raul is very responsive and his explanations for check-in are very clear and his welcome very pleasant with fresh water and coffee.

We were really happy with the stay. The area is beautiful and it was close to all the places we wanted to visit. Emeline was responsive and helpful despite the language barrier. Place definitely worth recommending!

Very beautiful studio, there is everything you may need. There are shops and restaurants in the town. The private territory is big and very beautiful

We arrived a little late, so Paul called us to give us directions. He and Kirsty were very helpful during our whole stay and were always available. The house itself was very clean, cozy and well equipped. Paul and Kirsty even provided a cod for our four months old son. The whole property looks like a small village of its own and is just a beautiful sight. It’s very nice to have breakfast on the small terrace. Unfortunately we only managed to do it once because it was a bit fresh in the morning which had to be expected at the end of October. The location is very convenient. It takes only 3 minutes by car to the next supermarket and it’s easy to reach Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Nice, Monaco and Menton within 30-90 minutes by car as well as the spur of the Alps. Especially the gorgeous Verdon Valley is worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying at this place!

Christophe is a 10/10 host - absolutely wonderful at communicating and being proactive. He even let us check in early and check out late - it seemed like nothing was too big of an ask. The airbnb itself was absolutely gorgeous - even better than the photos. There is so much room and plenty of equipment for cooking in or having a bbq. An absolutely perfect spot - I have no recommendations on improvements! Thank you for the most amazing stay.

Would definitely stay here again; you are a block off the water in Antibes, with tons of restaurants and shopping just a couple minutes away. Access to the place is easy, it's quite spacious and comfortable, and has all the necessities for a week spent in-town. Would definitely stay here again!

Very quiet area, the neighbors were also very quiet and nice. If you only want to take a beach vacation, you will find many and beautiful beaches. The nearest larger cities are easily accessible by car such as. Nice, Cannes, Antibes.
