Maryse and Sébastien are welcoming, very pleasant, available and responsive. We were received with a smile and kindness. The place was as described and was what we expected. I recommend it for a short and long stay! Ideal for a small family.

Great private place with great terrace, everything is clean from floor to linen bed and towel. We were 3 couples, we all enjoyed this large house with its 3 bedrooms and their bathroom. Sarah and her husband are lovely, we were very well received. 2 steps from the house is inter-market, which is very convenient for some purchases and the gas station:) The place is quiet and the house is well soundproofed. I would recommend this place 2000%.

We had a great time at David's place. To arrive, the instructions were very clear, very simple, we easily found our place. We were able to park easily in the garage, we have a yaris Cross. Once parked, we still had room around the car. The accommodation is large enough for two well arranged, well equipped and very clean . In addition, it enjoys a central location in the city of Niort, with easy walking around. David is a caring, welcoming host who was able to give us all the necessary information before our arrival so that we were not lost. We'll be back for sure!
