Nice and peaceful place. Without the foliage, the view of the lake at the back was beautiful with the sunset. Fire pit was also a nice addition. Also very accommodating for people with little kids and babies and allowed early check in for us (which we really appreciated). We had a very comfortable stay.

Great place to stay! Walkable to all the fun things downtown. We were there to visit my daughter’s boyfriend who attends Concordia. Had a great time hanging out and playing games in between activities. Definitely recommend if planning on taking advantage of all the things to do downtown. Kathy was always quick to respond and was always checking in with us via message to make sure all our needs were met. Bonus, they have a fantastic pup that we got to meet! 🥰

We loved this place. It was an easy walk down to the water and into town for restaurants. The special touches of a bottle of wine waiting for us, the full basket of continental breakfast options, the gas fireplace, and the jacuzzi made this cozy little cabin feel like a resort. They raised the bar for what you AirBnbs should can. Perfect for a couple getaway.

Shari’s place was perfect for our family’s spring break. My wife and I were in town with our 2 young boys and the place felt like home. Shari was very responsive and the house was clean and close to local attractions. Would definitely come back.

This place was the perfect retreat for a few days away from home. Even in the off season we stayed entertained with the games and hot tub, making every moment enjoyable. Nestled in a charming yet private neighborhood, the home is spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and filled with warmth. Beautiful home with ample space for our group of 10! It was our first Christmas without my mother and we decided as a family to spend our holiday somewhere new. The owner of the house made sure we had everything we needed and went over and beyond to make the house look festive! Despite it being winter, there were a lot of things to do. We made use of the beautiful game room, played cards, board games, shot pool and had our daily movie night in one of the two large family rooms. We had such a great experience despite my family’s loss that we are thinking of returning next year!

I have stayed at Iginio's place before but in the upper apartment. This time we stayed in the lower apartment and other than having more space, a regular size fridge and a regular size couch, it was just as clean and pristine as the upper unit. I would definitely stay here again and again. It's only about 12 minutes from downtown. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful house and so comfortable inside and out. My bestie and my dog were in Lake Geneva for the weekend and very much enjoyed The Clean Slate. The weather was perfect! The house was just as described. Highly recommended!!!!

If every host could be like Ryan and Angela - this app would be a much better place. They were extraordinarily communicative, attentive and eager to ensure all needs were met. The house was perfect (with a lot of character) - and is a couple of blocks away from the lake and lake trail. Also very close to downtown (for those who don’t mind the walk). Overall, this house is perfect for families looking to create long lasting memories and is managed by hosts that will go out of their way to make it so.
