Great house and host.

Mr. Volkan is very kind and understanding. The conditions in the house are appropriate and beautiful. Very satisfied.

The host, Mr. Günay, is very caring and provided quick answers to questions. The apartment, the house and the kitchen utensils in the house were both clean and sufficient. Since the location of the house is located very centrally, public transportation options were close and varied. There was no heating and hot water problem, and the air conditioning met the need to warm up for the winter 🙂

Mr. Günay was very kind during and after booking, his return was very quick, he was very helpful. Our entrance to the house was very convenient. The house was spotless, the amenities were more than enough, the layout and cleanliness were just as they appeared in the photos. We stayed with our child very comfortably as a family. There's nothing to say about the view anyway, it was perfect. It was a very pleasant stay for us. Many thanks to Mr. Günay, we will definitely prefer it if we come to Izmir again.

First of all, the view is not as it appears in the photos, it's much nicer. You can easily see all of Izmir The house feels like you're staying in an acquaintance's home, not Airbnb. It really has everything a home should have. The location may be difficult if there is no vehicle, but there are chain markets, gas station and monopoly kiosks around, a location I can call central. Thank you very much for your interest in Ms. Ayşe and Ms. Tuğçe. Definitely a place I can choose with peace of mind again.
