5 Stars all across the board! My 2nd time booking with Bobby and just like the 1st time it was a great, comfortable and convenient place to stay! The host is extremely attentive and friendly.

The home stay, as described, was close to everything, the neighborhood is walkable and has a great range of coffee shops. We enjoyed how clean and organized the place was, as well as its proximity to major bus routes, and the pier. Will recommend to friends!

Our stay at Shaun’s was great! The space was just as described/pictured. Upon arrival we had some issues with parking (someone was in the reserved spot for this apartment), but Shaun responded to my message about this issue within seconds and resolved the issue very quickly, which I was very grateful for! The apartment is situated close to the highway which made for easy access to other areas. Perfect spot to stay if you’re looking to make a day trip to NY!

Location is very convenient to catch bus and goto city. Lots of shops around to get food or other things.

Space was perfect for what I needed. Love the area and look forward to staying there again. Kitchen was great for meal preparation and was just what I needed.

My wife and I had a great stay. It was nice to be able to walk around to local coffee shops, and restaurants. My wife’s luggage got lost, and the host was nice enough to lend her a winter jacket since it was very cold when we arrived. There is plenty of space to hang out in the beautiful historical flat and also get work done.

Henry was helpful whenever we contacted him. There was a birthday party ford a 7 year old upstairs and he let me know ahead of time. I did appreciate that. The place was very clean and I had a very nice stay. I would definitely stay again.

It was a great spot with everything I needed. It was a nice and private stay with plenty of privacy.

We came to New York to celebrate our sons 13th birthday and Nestors Airbnb was amazing, very clean and had everything we needed to stay. Very convenient to the bus station once you figure out the schedule of the buses it tends to run smoothly. Our bed was very comfy :) We had an awesome time and we would highly recommend staying with him. We will be back in the future!

Great spot, close to public transit, nearby pharmacy and food spots.

Mina responded very quickly to all questions. Location is good- however, you may need a car for restaurants and shopping. Pictures are exactly as shown on the website. The apartment if on the 3rd floor, for those who travel heavy. Good for long stays- we stayed almost 4 weeks.

Milton's place was clean, neat, exactly like the pictures and very comfortable. I slept so well each night and I cooked my own meals at least half of the time. The bathroom was immaculate. The kitchen was well equipped. It was below freezing every day I was in NY and the place was always perfectly heated. Milton himself is friendly, organised, always responded to my messages quickly and had great advice about the neighbourhood. I got confused about the shower (I'm not from the US, they're different). Milton came in personally and showed me what I was doing wrong. He also put me onto the fastest subway lines and some great local cafes. Excellent experience. Would stay again.

Our stay was great. Location was perfect if you’re going to drive into Manhattan. Host reached out to me prior to my arrival for check-in at 3 pm that the unit was not quite ready and if I didn’t mind checking in later closer towards 5-6 pm. I agreed since I had business to handle that went past the original scheduled time and would have checked in past 3 pm. Location/Check In & Out- Area is quiet, felt safe and very nice. Parking could be challenging since it’s street parking. During my stay I was lucky to find a space in front of the property. Check In & Out was very easy and to the point. Amenities- I didn’t cook, but everything needed ie: pots, dishes utensils were available and TV in the living area. Space - everything was tidy, clean just like the photos. smelled great and was super cool when arrived. (A/C on prior to arrival) I have only one complaint: Hot water was very scarce otherwise my stay was great and would definitely book again. * Great restaurants in the area.

My stay here for the weekend went beyond my expectations. The hospitality is very welcoming. I was given a small tour during arrival along with the option to use amnesties to accommodate such as food, wine, etc…. Host was very responsive. For any one looking to book this room I recommend as this was my first AirBnb. Don’t be afraid to ask questions!

Bernards penthouse is really a spectacular penthouse - unlike many other apartments that claim to be one: The elevator brings you directly in the apartment on the 7th floor, there are two huge terraces that wrap the whole place and the 360° view of the skyline of Manhattan and of New Jersey and the skylis spectacular. The apartment ist very spacious and comfortable (with two bathroom and three toilets!). It is luxurious even though not everything is brand new. You can see that someone actually lives here, there is a lot of personal decoration, but we found this charming - a place with a soul. The kitchen is also remarkably very well equipped (Bernard is a chef!). It's not a tourist area at all, the neighbourhood is purely Latin American, simple but pleasant and the location in West New York (New Jersey) is good and relaxed. There are different options to get to Manhattan. You can take the two buses around the corner (2 minutes walk) or there are several buses a little more far away (10 minutes walk) or you can even go to the next port with the Light Rail and take the ferry from there (see timetables of NJ Waterways). Within 20 to 40 minutes, depending the option you choose and the traffic situation, you are at Port Authority near Time Square.

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.
