Great place to stay, very clean. O I would recommend a second pair of keys and thicker curtains.

My daughters and I had a great time at Nitza’s place. It was very close to everything and located in a residential neighborhood we felt really safe staying there. The house was equipped with all things needed. Nitza was a great host, I would definitely love to stay there again. Thank you Nitza.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Our stay at this apartment was excellent. It is located in a central area of Bayamón, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and transportation. The space is perfect for a couple: it comes with a cozy room, a clean and well-equipped bathroom, and a full kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals. The communication with the host was quick and clear, and check-in was easy. Also, the apartment was spotless and had a very comfortable atmosphere. Definitely an ideal option for those looking for comfort and good location. We recommend it and would go back without hesitation!

This Airbnb in Bayamon was very quiet and my family and I felt very safe. The neighborhood is very peaceful and what I mostly enjoyed about my stay was the nice outdoor terrace on the second story. The place was very clean and organized which is important to me. It’s a great place for long and short term stays. Jose (the host) was always a phone call away. I had a rental car and parking on the street is not an issue. I would definitely return to this Airbnb.

i was originally staying somewhere else but water service was not on service. i was able to find this beautiful place same day i had to vacate the previous place. steve didn’t hesitate and allowed me to book for that same day. i was tired driving…and right upon arrival i felt like home. i was able to relax, get coffee and see the Nature around. this is a beautiful place to stay. great location and safe area!!

Zandra’s place was perfect for my family stay, she was very communicative and left us beach supplies along with waters and snacks. The house was very spacious, up to date appliances and high end security doors. Her bathroom was also elderly friendly which my dad appreciated. The neighborhood was very peaceful. I look forward to returning again. Thank you Zandra!

My visit to PR was not a vacation unfortunately loss my dad my kids and I flew to the Island to say goodbye to my dad. When we got to Christopher place I asked my kids Are you sure this is the place a 5 star hotel does not get close to his place. Everything you need and more we had there. Is absolutely the BEST ABNB I have ever stayed and my kids travel constantly and they all agreed. Is modern clean spotless absolutely amazing. Thank you Christopher despite the difficult time I was going through being there made it peaceful. I give this place A+++++

It was an amazing stay, real quiet beautiful environment. Felt right at home beautiful kitchen, comfy rooms and living room. Also had board games to play whenever we were just chilling at the house. I’d give my stay a 10/10

Francisca’s place is lovely! Spotless clean and comfortable, and decorated nicely! It has a very nice outside sitting area in front which was quiet and relaxing. It is located in a neighborhood but easy access to highway. There was a power outage during our stay but we didn’t notice as the place has backup power! Highly recommend!

Faridy was a great host ! The house was beautiful and looked exactly like the pictures. Really cozy and quiet block. Next to restaurants and stores. Also I quick trip to San Juan. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This apartment is the perfect size for a group of 5-6 people. Everyone absolutely loved the space and its prime location. It was a bit tricky to find initially, but once we got the hang of it, there were no issues. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from the main street, where you'll find restaurants, bars, casinos, and stunning ocean views. If you're looking to swim in a beautiful bay, it's only about a 15-minute walk away. The highway is just 3 minutes away, making it easy to explore the island, and the vibrant nightlife at La Placita is just an 8-minute Uber ride. Osvaldo is always responsive via phone and email, and his recommendations were spot on! I highly recommend this place if you're looking to experience the local vibe of San Juan.

First time in PR and this apartment was the perfect place to stay. They have all the amenities in the apt, sunscreen, beach chair, beach bag. It was perfect. Clean and cozy place to stay. Felt safe all the time. Walking distance to the beach and “La Placita”. I would definitely recommend. Hosts are responsive and would definitely recommend to anyone that comes to San Juan.

Great location on Condado Beach—just a walk to Old San Juan or a short Uber ride away. The beach is perfect for long strolls, though it's not ideal for swimming. Our final evening, we enjoyed watching surfers against a stunning sunset backdrop. With many excellent restaurants and bars nearby, the location is superb, even for those without a car (like us). The apartment is bright, clean, and spacious—ideal for two or three guests. It's well-equipped with all necessary kitchen amenities, as well as beach towels, chairs, and toys. Two windows offer a pleasant city view. The space was exactly as described, though note that the in-building mini-mart was closed for renovations. The building itself shows its age, particularly the ocean-facing facade, but this did not affect our overall experience. Overall, a great stay with a responsive and helpful host in Jose.

Jose is a wonderful and very responsive host. The condo met our expectations, was very clean, comfortable and had a great view. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping. We’ve been to PR several times and this has been one of our favorite’s. Jose, thanks again for being a wonderful host.

Lovely serene views of the lagoon especially in the evenings with Kayakers enjoying a sunset frolic. The accommodations were very convenient for a couple. The location is very walkable to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. The host and the onsight representative were responsive and helpful. I would gladly recommend to friends and family.

Felix's apartment is great and he is an excellent host. The apartment is clean and bright and perfectly situated in Condado. Felix was a great communicator and super responsive to our questions and requests. We recommend the apartment and hope to go back.

The place is just what we needed to rest. Walking distance to cafes, restaurants, banks and supermarkets. Although the building needs renovation, the apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a long stay in Puerto Rico. It is safe and comfortable. The host was very nice and attentive. One of the bedrooms is very small but you can manage just fine with the rest of the space. We would definitely would stay again.

Ray's condo is very well located near Condado Beach, just 5 minutes walking. The bedrooms are large especially the master bedroom. All mattresses are very comfortable. The living room is very large with many seating areas. The kitchen is well equiped. Ray was very fast replying to my messages and gave us all clear answers. I surely recommend Ray's condo for your trip to San Juan, and Condado Beach area.
