Beachfront holiday rental in Bávaro

The FLORISEL apartments were sensational, all organized and clean, a 20-meter path to the beach, with individual kiosks and treadmills at the disposal the beach is clean and there is always an employee assisting you on the beach. Around the outskirts with three blocks you find bakery, pharmacy, bars, exchange the supermarket Cicorrella "everything cheap", has a tourism agency selling tours all nearby. The electricity bill was super low only $4,00 for four days. The apartment you can use Gas in the kitchen they provided drinking water 20 liters. All the staff are very attentive and have several and the Wasteless Host a person always asks and cordial we really like the apartment and we will certainly return other years.

Great place, best feature is the Huuuuugeeee Balcony which is amazing to have with a little jacuzzi on it. Very responsive host. Clean and very safe place. All in all a great stay. Little side note.: you are just beside Impressive resort Punta Cana and next to their concert area. There is music playing at night from 7-11 pm. Was great for us as we like liveliness but I can see some people wanting tranquility if for an extended say. It was a plus for us ! Thanks Miguel. JM

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

I had a great stay. My only concern was That place did not seem thoroughly clean when we first arrived. After making contact with the host He did get the issue resolved swiftly. I was a little scared to use the electricity (the air) because I didn’t wanna go over on the usage. But again, the host was very responsive and said he would let me know if I was ever close to the limit. Overall I loved the Airbnb, the location was great, the people are beautiful. We were only there for a few days so we were not able to do everything we wanted to do. But the restaurant castaway (near) is really good. Mezcalito (5 minutes) was one of my favorites along with SBG (25 minutes), as soon as you leave the Airbnb people will stop and ask you to buy things. For instance, excursions. That’s up to you if you stopped to talk we already had everything planned so we didn’t. I love the patio and pool area. And don’t forget to check out the infinity pool! I will visit again! 💜🇩🇴😩

Our family, including a 2yr old, really enjoyed our stay here. We enjoyed the pool and the direct access to the white sand beach. The food from the buffet was also good.

Tany is very kind, he helped us a lot. Regarding the accommodation, very good location and very safe everything. The house complied with what was posted, we had some inconveniences but they were fixed at the time.

Great vacation spot! Right on a beautiful well managed beach. Great restaurants around the condo or just a short walk away. We got every details about our arrival, transportation and stay from Stu right after we booked. Liz is wonderful, she welcomed us at arrival and gave us plenty of recommendations. Her guide book is a must read. You'll find really valuable information about the surroundings. We met a lot of friendly and welcoming people whenever we went. We had a great time! Thank you!

Sami’s penthouse was a creative getaway! We loved how colourful and unique the energy of the home was. It was more than enough space for my family of 5 adults and 2 kids. We LOVED how close we were to the beach, and also really appreciated having the private pool for the afternoons. We walked to a different restaurant in the area almost daily and were pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! We did struggle to have warm showers - seemed like the water heater was really sensitive and would randomly shut off. We managed though. Sami was such a lovely host, really responsive when we had questions and even suggested an awesome photographer to do a last minute family photoshoot (which was totally worth it!) We will definitely be back! It’s an ideal, easy getaway for families with kids.

Family of 6 , 4 adults and 2 children. 10 days We really appreciated the place as well as the location. Within walking distance; beach, restaurants, grocery stores , pharmacy. The pool is also a plus . As well as the accommodation on the 2nd floor, with all these terraces, always a nice little breeze . Very responsive to our requests, takes good care of us. Free airport transportation with the 10-day reservation, and organizes our return airport transport on request for $25 US. Just take into account that there is construction very close, for us it was no problem, we were going to the beach for the day. And in the very peaceful evening as a place, we felt safe at all times. Enjoyed our stay. We were given recommendations of nearby shopping and restaurants. Rented a golf cart for the day and also car rental from Jonathan across the street. Sebastian was very responsive at check in and with any questions I had.

Excellent value for money, beautiful view, and very quiet away from the crowds. The unit was clean and well kept, and the balcony over-looking the ocean was an added benefit.

Wonderful, spacious, peekaboo view of the sea, overlooking the beautiful quiet pool, fantastic balcony terrace. We love Cap Cana and this apt is large and so very comfortable, beautifully decorated, wonderful bed, well equipped kitchen. Everything is top notch, lots of supplies and plenty of water for the water cooler. Great washer and dryer. Porfirio and Hector were very accommodating. We visited API Beach, Juanillo, and Sanctuary Town, with rides arranged by the SportsIllustrated staff. Make sure to check out the daily sched at TRS for activities, and walk all around to discover everything the Marina has to offer. We even walked out to the north towards the golf course past the Coast Guard station, you can walk for miles along the beautiful beaches. No need for a car. Great Uber svc and Nacional at Blue Mall for groceries . And don’t miss Time Out Spa for couples massage and the Water circuit, two hours of bliss for such a reasonable price. Bohemian our fave restaurant. Will return!

Perfect Beachfront Getaway in Punta Cana! The villa was amazing—only steps away from the beach, beautifully decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had a great stay. A fantastic choice for vacation in Punta Cana!

We loved our stay here! The beach and pool were beautiful and not overly busy and there are lots of restaurants nearby. The condo is spacious, clean and quiet. The host was so helpful answering our questions quickly as they arose. Highly recommend.

Totally outstanding...We only stayed 4 days and I wish we could have stayed longer. The house is well-equipped and the attention to detail is superb with everything we needed. Great stay at Turquesa! Numerous restaurants/bars within walking distance. There is also an on-site bar/restaurant located on the beach that does not disappoint. All security and staff were friendly which made our stay more pleasant. I highly recommend staying at Turquesa!
