Beachfront holiday rental in Bávaro

The FLORISEL apartments were sensational, all organized and clean, a 20-meter path to the beach, with individual kiosks and treadmills at the disposal the beach is clean and there is always an employee assisting you on the beach. Around the outskirts with three blocks you find bakery, pharmacy, bars, exchange the supermarket Cicorrella "everything cheap", has a tourism agency selling tours all nearby. The electricity bill was super low only $4,00 for four days. The apartment you can use Gas in the kitchen they provided drinking water 20 liters. All the staff are very attentive and have several and the Wasteless Host a person always asks and cordial we really like the apartment and we will certainly return other years.

We were happy with our stay overall. The location was great, the space was pleasant and clean.

First of all Nader is a very nice host. He speaks English French and Spanish. Very nice place, the appartement is huge, nicely decorated, ( you can see on the pictures ), wide screen TV, sound system, really good internet reception. The appartement is on the third floor and on the sunny side, so wen you are on the balcony you have the sunshine all day and you are on top of the palm trees, very nice. For the location, getting out of the complex, turning left you are really at 350 feet from the ocean, ( the beach is superb, endless, the water is clear and worm ), and turning right you find in a range of 350 feet, restaurants, bars, 2 little grocery stores, 1 pharmacy and the bus stop that brings you directly to the big shopping center. I was there 30 days, 30 days of sunshine, average 30 degrees and the beach, can't get better then that.

We had such a great time here. From the start, Miguel was super responsive to our needs, he was able accommodate an early check in and a late check out which helped a lot with my pregnant wife. The location was right in the heart of a active and fun area, (it does get loud at night with all the locals and music but we loved it), amazing food walking distance from the condo (check out Dalias for breakfast!!), and the beach is a 3 minute walk as well. Over all I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area who doesn’t want to be stuck in a boring resort, go out and explore!

I enjoyed my stay. From reservations to checking out the host was available and proactive with providing restaurant options, excursions etc. felt like home. Would definitely recommend and visit again should I revisit the country. Thank you Chris & Victoria.

A very beautiful house with two rooms and a free beach right by the sea. We stayed here as a family and were really satisfied. Two families can stay very comfortably because the house has two rooms. The host was very friendly and responded to all our questions immediately. They even gifted us a large water dispenser. The beach is truly amazing, and we will definitely come back next year.

Tany is very kind, he helped us a lot. Regarding the accommodation, very good location and very safe everything. The house complied with what was posted, we had some inconveniences but they were fixed at the time.

The property was quite spacious, it only requires some cleaning acualizations of the furniture and dining room cushions as others that had apparently stayed were not very careful and tainted. Equally attention to the mosquitoes that although they were not going to harm us the stay was annoying, I would recommend fumigating. But I would definitely come back, communication was good and they were responsive to our suggestions.

great place, great host, would stay again

The apartment was as nice as the pictures…the location was super great…many nice restaurants nearby, supermarkets, cafes, beach bars, and the beach self is only a two minutes walk away…very very well located!! We went as a family with kids…and the neighborhood was really safe to walk around both during the day and night…the apartment self has a nice private pool on the rooftop and has a public pool below…both very nice to cool off from the Caribbean sun…the kitchen is well equipped were you can make a nice family breakfast and the rooms are very comfortable as well😊 I would highly recommend this place to everyone as you will be very pleased with the place self, the location, and a very helpful/friendly host (Sami)

Apartment in a gated and well secured residence. Two well-maintained pools available for the residence. View of one of the two pools from the balcony. Beach access on foot from the residence. Sunbeds available and nice beach bar. The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. Baby kit available if needed (crib, toys, etc.). Host is responsive. We recommend this apartment.

My group enjoyed our stay at Liseth's place. The airbnb is in a location that feels safe and walkable to restaurants/bars. It is very close to the beach and was very convenient. I would stay here again.

The location was extremely beautiful. The people working at that location were very friendly very helpful spectacular view. I will come back again many many times thank you Brian.

A very nice space, perfectly located for travellers with older kids. Easy walk downtown to the bars and restaurants, the beach is barely even a walk! Only thing is, pay attention to the listing, hot water in the showers really isn't a thing, but other than that it is perfect!

The place was beautiful, safe area and equipped with everything I needed. walkable to the beach and the beach itself was one of the most beautiful in Punta Cana. the house is also centrally located minutes from the airport and most restaurants. the beds were super comfy. At the end of of a long day it was very peaceful. Donny and Sonia were always available if i had any questions. The WiFi was working and we enjoyed a night of BBQ and played some board games that were provided. We truly enjoyed a few days of relaxing and will recommend Sonia's and Donny's place if you come to Punta Cana.

Great stay at Turquesa! Numerous restaurants/bars within walking distance. There is also an on-site bar/restaurant located on the beach that does not disappoint. All security and staff were friendly which made our stay more pleasant. I highly recommend staying at Turquesa!

Super AirBnB! Close to the beach (Bavaro & Bibijagua). On the other hand, car rental is necessary because the place is quite isolated and far from the center of Punta Cana. Very hospitable welcome in short, I highly recommend!

Kevin's apartment is a dream. For the first time, I've found that the listing photos are true to reality. The apartment is equipped with everything you could need and more. The ocean view is the most beautiful thing I've seen in a long time. And being on the frontline of the sea, nothing blocks your direct view of the ocean. The complex is very well located within Cap Cana. It's quiet and not crowded. The beach is private. We rented the golf cart and it's really worth it. Hector and Kevin were super attentive to all our needs, responding almost instantly. I highly recommend this Caribbean Sea gem. We'll definitely be back!!!!
