Very spacious, clean and well-equipped accommodation! Parking space available at the foot of the accommodation. A beautiful bathroom, a large bedroom, and a comfortable living room to stay for several days. The place is quiet, nestled in the woods! I hope to return someday for a longer period of time!

We had a great time at Hélène's apartment. The view is beautiful and the apartment is very pleasant to live in. We found everything we needed during our stay and were always able to park at the foot of the accommodation on each of our trips.

Apartment as advertised by Rodolphe and very well located Rodolphe was very nice and we would highly recommend his apartment. The only black dot is that it is not possible to park a van in the parking space dedicated to the apartment but we found space on the street. Thanks

Great winter stay in Locmariaquer for Christmas! The apartment is as described and photos (plus a few Christmas decorations this season☺️) Beautiful views of the gulf, a treat. The proximity to shops is very nice, the SPAR, the boulangerie, the pharmacy.. less than 5 minutes walk. Parking right in front also very convenient (and completely empty this season) The sites of the megaliths are within walking distance and the tour is really fascinating. The accessible coastal path right in front of the building makes it possible to take a very nice walk to the tip of Kerpenhir by visiting other megalithic sites on the way.

Very nice and bright apartment located on a very quiet street 2 steps from the port and the historic center of Vannes. Once the car was parked, we were able to visit everything on foot. Marianne provides good addresses and a lot of documentation about the region (no need to go to the tourist office for courses stays). We hope to be able to book this place again during our next visits to this beautiful region.

The accommodation was spotless when we arrived, with small touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. An absolutely perfect house, from its ultra central location while being very quiet, to the quality of the arrangements passing a delicious decoration, impeccable cleanliness and an adorable garden. Everything is there! We already knew groix but this house definitely convinced us that it is a gem not to be missed. We were 8 (3 adults 4 teenagers and one child) comfortably both inside and out. Only one desire: return as soon as possible. 1000 thanks Ludivine!

We had a wonderful stay at Anne & Stephane's house! Our vacation, the cottage , just everything fit 100 percent! The area is fantastic and there is a lot of beautiful things to discover. In addition, all the shops you need are in the immediate vicinity; especially the bakery was appealing to us. Will definitely visit again. Thanks to the lovely hosts !

A perfect stay at this beautiful cottage! Very clean, tastefully decorated and with everything you need for a good and pleasant time. Thank you also for Anna's attention to detail upon arrival. We highly recommend to all couples wanting to treat themselves to a small weekend by the sea (the beach and coastal trails are at the foot of the door). We will be back!!

We had a great stay, the accommodation is very well located, everything is nearby, shops, beaches, the more it is a private residence. The apartment is very comfortable and pleasant, the bedding is of very good quality, nothing missing, well heated, and very cozy, it feels good. I really recommend it 100% for a family of 4. Patricia was very responsive, and attentive to us so much.

Very nice apartment, very good location, 5 minutes from the port of Vannes on foot. Tastefully well equipped. Laundry room at the top! Small terrace for summer.! Private parking, which is very advantageous. The only small thing to review is the 160cm bed that makes a lot of noise. Other than that , we will no problem coming back. thank you very much ✨️
