I really like the place, it has great views. It’s spacious for the three of us staying there. It comes with soap & shampoo at each bathroom so we don’t have to travel worrying about bringing such … the bedrooms & bathrooms are clean too! The downside is that there is no convenience store within the area, we have to walk quite a distance, there is only 1 entrance & exit (which adds to the distance). Perhaps this is due to the numerous construction surrounding it. Anw using uber is cheap and going to LWE Hosp is really near with car. However, overall, our stay there is great & Lau is extremely friendly & response quickly, giving us useful informations. Thank you

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay in Edward's apartment. All the amenities were great, such as the wifi and TV. Having a functional kitchen allowed us to cater for ourselves if we wanted to do so. The best feature is the balcony which oversees a stunning setting. Edward is a great host who communicated with us constantly. Nothing was an issue for him to sort out. I would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wishing to visit and stay on Penang Island as the location is central to everything.

Fantastic stay with easy access to the beach and a quiet haven away from the busy areas of Penang. Most amenities were a short walk away. Kids loved the playground and pool area. All the necessities were also provided in the apartment so we could settle in straight away. Jean was also very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended for families wanting to stay in Batu Ferringhi.

Had a bout of Dengue and needed a comfortable, quiet condo away from the street, and Juuu's place did not disappoint. It is a service apartment on the 19th floor. Very photogenic place, away from the noise, quiet, lots of Netflix...and confortable beds. i was here with my elderly uncle, and it was confortable for both of us. Host was super responsive and helpful with food recs and clear instructions as condo living has a lot of rules. we are carless tourists, the building and area is more suited for people withs cars, with parking and a service road nearby. The gym was closed, but the pool was sufficient but lacked a sitting area and shade. A highlight was night walks along the promenade once it cooled down.

this place has such a good location. our unit faces the sea, so watching the sunset, and enjoying the breeze, is a very relaxing thing to do here. they also have their beach. some performances are done there as well. the staffs are friendly as well, so cun la. would repeat again later. thumbs up!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful homestay.The sea views were absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect for a relaxing getaway. Great place to stay with friends . But not very kid friendly / need peaceful on weekend . Due to got loud music at downstairs shop on weekend night . Music continue until 3am . But this place locate to nearest viral place . Easy to go to viral places . Huge & comfortable place to stay . I also like this place because it's the same level with swimming pool. This place also got cuckoo water filter that i don't need to buy water . Overall i felt very satisfied with this place . Love it.

Felt like this was the nicest airbnb that I’ve booked in Malaysia, the facilities and all of the amenities were amazing. The check- in process was quite smooth and when we had the first view of our airbnb it’s really fascinating! Everything was so good and so clean I feel like I would rebook it again next time when I visit to Penang. Urban is near to most of the famous tourists spots and there’s free parking for us customers that’s really very nice of it.

We are a group of 20 pax. The house is clean and spacious . We enjoyed our nights in this big villa. Swimming pool is clean . KTV is function well . Has plenty of games . We definitely will be back again . Suitable for big group gatherings .

The apartment is really big and like in the pictures, three bedrooms and two bathrooms, day area huge too, with nice balcony. The beach is close and the swimming pool is nice with a kids area. You can take grab to move around or the bus that is connected to George town. The electricity bill is to pay out of the price if you use air conditioning, but honestly there was no need, just keep the windows open. The only flaw is the smell in the house I imagine due to being close for a long time, would be nice a deep clean. Overall a good solution to stay in the peace out of the city!

It was a beautiful experience with my family celebrating Christmas at this place. Love the house especially the location near to the town, accessible to food and walking distance to restaurants shops etc at batu feringgi. Definitely recommend to stay especially with large groups/family. It's a beautiful 3 storey bungalow, close to the exit so its easy to go in/out, with great parking space. Everything was great, Mr Sankar was definitely very friendly and helpful, can always msg him if u need any help around the hse, he is not fussy, reliable and ready to help around. A great stay i would say!
