I rented the place for my sister and father. They spent three days there, and it was very convenient, especially for my father, who is an older adult. The house has a room on the first floor with a screen and garden view, which really liked the.My sister stayed on the second floor and found the beds very comfortable. The owner of the house responds quickly to any concerns we have, which is a big plus. I recommend it 100%. In Chiclayo you will have a fantastic time: you can visit the Museo Señor de Sipán, stroll through Las Musas, go to Monsefu, enjoy Pimentel beach and delight yourself with its exquisite gastronomy.”**

I loved the apartment, just as José Luis advertised it, everything was in place, with what I needed, like at home and his recommendations were very useful. I would come back without thinking.

Everything is fine, except that for a 5th floor I think there should be an elevator

Mr. César's place is wonderful, excellent location where you will find very close restaurants, supermarkets, easy access to everything, the accommodation is very nice, comfortable, private, safe and super quiet you have everything for your stay, even to grill, Mr. Cesar as host was the best always available, very polite and helpful, WE WILL BE BACK, thank you very much..!!

Since we settled in, Feaid was very helpful and attentive; I was pending any request and immediately;the apartment was the same as in the published photos,tidy, clean,everything you need when you travel,I felt like in my own home,I would return in an upcoming,the place is accessible. I recommend it!!!
