Place is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Celebrated my birthday here w/ fam. All staffs are very helpful & attentive. There had been some issues on water supply but host is very responsive & active in resolving issues at the place (thank you for the check out extension 😊). Option for food is available & honesty store is open if host is around (according to staff) otherwise you can bring your own food or kindly ask one of the staff to buy supplies at a nearby market (they are very helpful). No bugs or mosquitoes !!! Surprisingly (since plants are everywhere). Overall place is lovely & I love the peace & serene vibes. Love the kawa bath too (w/ extra fee but super worth it). Rooms to both teepee & hobbit house are lovely & clean (love the designs of the rooms). Side note: entrance to farm is quite steep (downward). Sort of similar (or a bit steeper) than that of Starbucks (tagaytay) Downhill. Should be no prob though if your vehicle is automatic.

Great place to stay and relax. Staff are very friendly, approachable. Top notch customer service. Elmira is responsive and helpful. Wifi is just not that reliable but no biggie. Location is a bit too far from tagaytay proper but all good. Overall experience in our stay is excellent. Will definitely book this place again. ❤️

Doreen has been the best host I've encountered in AirBnB. Super responsive and so easy to talk with. 🥰🙏😊 She let us check in early and didn't charged us for the use of the stove which the other resort does. They provided towels and even toilet paper. They didn't nickel and dime us. 👍💯👏 Kuya Vic, the caretaker is super helpful and very nice. We felt like he's part of the family. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏡❤️ Location is perfect, private and not too far from everything. Thank you for making our Family Christmas memorable. 🎉🎄🎁

Mylene and her family are very gracious hosts. They are very accommodating and easy to work with. They have provided us with what we needed everyday and they all checked on us to make sure we are okay and safe. Pros: 1. The resort is big enough for a family of 12. Everyone was comfortable. The whole house was clean. And air conditioned! 2. Internet connection- a huge plus! Even without TV, we were content. The fast internet connection helped my sister big time with her work. 3. Pool- always so clean. And we loved that it’s salt water. It didn’t dry our hair even after hours of swimming. Mylene’s brother, Kuya Boyet cleaned the pool every single day. 4. Errands- since the resort was a bit far from the market, we asked Mylene to buy what we need for cooking everyday. Her Ate Evel made sure that we have fresh seafood and vegetables each time we request for some. Plus we got some bonus- yummy delicacies from Batangas- pinadapang suman, bibingka, suman sa lihiya, fresh buko and so much more! 5. Family’s generosity- we have received so many gifts from the family, on top of the list was the aloe vera plant! My sister had a bad sunburn when we went swimming at Matuod Beach. I asked for an aloe vera leaf.. Mylene and her husband gave us a pot of aloe vera instead! :) We went home with so many great memories plus a huge pile of bananas! Cons: 1. Flies- there were flies when we went in July. We were told that its because it’s rainy season. But Mylene and her family tried to address it. 2. The water can get salty and sandy when it’s rainy. It’s best to bring your own bottled water if you have kids and babies with you, for washing their bottles and drinking. Overall, I recommend this resort if you want a quiet and exclusive place for a big family. We felt safe during our stay there. It wasn’t beachfront but walking distance to the beach. It’s nice to walk around. People are nice and friendly. If God permits, we will go back.

Great family bonding!! We had a great time with all the activities (billiards, karaoke, playing arcade, and swimming in the pool), the restrooms were clean, all the housekeeping staff were friendly and accomodating. We had a comfortable, relaxing and peaceful time. 10/10!

I recently hosted a family gathering at R. Lapid’s Resortel, and it was an unforgettable experience! The huge, clean swimming pool was perfect for bonding, especially for my kids who absolutely loved the hot spring and water massager. The spacious accommodations comfortably fit our group of 17 adults and 2 kids, with plenty of room for even more guests. Our host Nina was incredibly responsive, and caretaker Myra and her husband were always on hand to assist us. A delightful touch was the welcome chicharon, which was greatly appreciated! I highly recommend this hot spring resort for groups of 20 to 40 people. It’s a fantastic place for family events and relaxation!

- Excellent! Comfortable, quiet location and clean! - Chong's place was a great choice because this was very near the wedding reception that I attended. - Best value for money - so many facilities! - There's a Php2000 cash deposit upon check-in. It will be returned to the guest upon checkout. - The restaurant inside the resort closes at 10PM. You can eat out if you're heading home late. - There's a nice small cafe outside the resort where we ate breakfast. It's around 10 minutes away. You can ask the guard for the nearest restaurant outside the resort if you don't want to spend 400-600 pesos for a breakfast meal! :D
