Host is very responsive to my questions , the house is huge , the garden was aa great place to tambay at night.

The place is very spacious and clean. plus factor, they allow pet to swim in the pool (overflow area only).

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too! We definitely recommend staying here!

The place was just a how it was described in the listing. The rooms and amenities were clean and functional and the surroundings were very relaxing and peaceful as it was surrounded by small trees and plants, and was appropriately distanced from other houses for privacy. The owner and caretakers Sir Arnold and Ms Me-Ann were also very responsive and accommodating (thank to all of you po! ☺️). We had a smooth check-in and -out. Overall a great stay for our group! We look forward to the next time we get to visit this place when we go to Tagaytay and nearby areas 🥰🫰✨

I’m so glad I found this place! Ana and Micay warmly welcomed us as soon as we arrived and gave us a quick tour of the house. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that the property is actually larger than I had expected. Ms. Framelyn has been very accommodating in answering my questions from the start. I want to commend Ana and Micay for insisting on helping us buy items we needed from Savemore. We also ordered food through Grab, and they offered to pick up the cake we had ordered. Their hospitality made our stay easy and comfortable. Additionally, the house is well-equipped with everything you need, including cooking utensils, a stove, a water dispenser, a refrigerator, and other appliances. The kids really enjoyed the mini playground, and there were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, such as darts, table tennis, karaoke, and swimming in the pool. In summary, we had so much fun! I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back.

We spent our New Year’s Eve here, and it was perfect! The balcony offered an amazing view of the city and fireworks. The unit was also very clean, and Nanay and Ate Meriam were incredibly accommodating. Thank you, Nanay, for your prompt responses to my messages. This unit is highly recommended!Happy New Year!🎉✨♥️

We had originally booked for 3 days and 2 nights, but due to some urgent personal matters, we could only stay overnight. Despite the short notice, the host was so incredibly accommodating and understanding. The people who assisted us in checking in and out were so kind and helpful too! 🌟 The place was absolutely amazing too! It was spacious, exactly as shown in the photos, and so easy to reach. The Orchard Estate is a great location, with so many activities to enjoy. If you're a foodie, you'll love how many restaurant options there are just outside the property as well. 🍽️ We’re definitely looking forward to staying here again for our next trip to Batangas and will be recommending this spot to others! Perfect 10/10 experience!

Our overall experience is absolutely great! The owner is very kind and friendly. The unit is very clean and even the caretaker, Ate Caine is very accommodating and jolly. On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

This is our first airbnb experience yet it exceeds our expectations. The place is great, I will definitely recommend it to our friends and family. For the price it is very affordable since it is good for 2 units. The place is safe and no noise even though it is New Year's Eve which we love it since we have a pet.

We had an amazing stay at Baron’s place. The unit is big enough to fit our family of 7 and we feel like it could fit more. Ate Rowena was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely go back to Baron’s place next time. Thank you!

We have stayed in SMDC Tower 5 before. However, this is the best unit so far. It is located on the upper ground floor, which leads right out to the commercial center. No waiting in the elevator to get down. Everything is right there. Also, the unit made the most of the space by adding a loft, so it can accommodate more people without feeling too cramped. I will definitely book this unit when we are in Tagaytay.

We had a lovely stay and felt at home as usual in Beth & Frederick’s unit. Our family had our much needed R&R. Unit was spotlessly clean, with fast Wifi, complete kitchen amenities, clean beddings and fresh toiletries for us to use. Hosts and co-hosts were very responsive, with their usual instructions and reminders while staying in Pico. Grateful also for assisting us patiently with our Netflix access during our stay. Missed their usual coffee pods though, and Ms Fannie, their former caretaker. We are thankful for having us again, and for allowing us to extend a bit more. Looking forward to our next stay!
