Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bastrop County

Olga’s home was exactly what we needed during our visit for COTA. I wish we could have spent more time to enjoy the beautiful, peaceful property. Thank you Olga for all the thoughtful snacks and drinks. We will be back if we return to the area.

We stayed this past weekend in the Green House, where our stay was perfect!!! The house is very clean, cozy and fully furnished with everything you need. The surroundings are peaceful, with a beautiful view of the prairie. It is close to Smithville and Bastrop, where there are nice restaurants and antique stores. We can't wait to go back. We recommend this place if you are looking to stay in this area.

The place was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Check-in and Check-out were very easy. Only critique was that the hot water never seemed to warm up completely when showering.

my children love this place. The dog loves it. She is very attentive.

It was a good place to have family come & stay that is close to town. But still out in the quite.

Great place to stay. Kid friendly home. It was a great quiet place for us to hang out while in Austin for some sporting events. They were super responsive and helpful!

We rented Elizabeth and Tim’s house for a 40th birthday celebration getaway with friends and had the best time! This house is even better and bigger in person. The beds were comfortable, and even the folks in the bunk room slept soundly. There were so many different activities to do that everyone could always find something that sounded fun — games, swimming, hot tub, TV and puzzle in the living room for the introverts. :) It was a wonderful place to be with friends and still have the space to rest and reconnect with nature. We’re hoping to come back in 4 years when 3 more friends turn 40!

6 minutes from Bastrop. Clean. Host lives upstairs. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. One bedroom has a full size bed with a desk and computer work station. Another bedroom has a king bed and a crib with a little blanket. There are some toys and a stool for kids. This room has a pocket door into the main bathroom, which has a tub and a hand-wand shower head, which is great for bathing kids. The master bedroom across the hall has its own double sink, full tub and shower with instant hot water. It has a king bed, blackout curtains, a sliding glass doors overlooking the swing set in the backyard, and three office chairs to use as luggage racks. There’s a path down to the pond through the woods out back. It’s about a minute walk to the water. It’s a natural area, so it’s muddy and a bit swampy at the water’s edge. Not a place for fishing, swimming, or boating. Just a fun place for little kids to explore the woods and then head back to the swingset. It’s a quiet place.

Andy was an excellent host, he was very kind and very polite. the place is absolutely beautiful considering the time of year but I can only imagine how beautiful it looks during the springtime. sitting by the river listening to the owls and watching the deer was very peaceful. great place to watch the sunrise or sunset with a cup of coffee and the one you love.

Place was perfect, very clean, quiet, and exactly as described. I will stay here every time I’m in Texas.

A pleasure to stay at Karen's apartment, it was very clean and cozy and easy to settle into. Everything is listed out in a little guide book which includes a list of places to eat. Definitely will stay again if in the area :) Cheers to you all, and thanks again for hosting us!

We booked our stay very last minute and Allan & Kellye were awesome at getting back to us and approving our stay. The studio was super cute and felt very cozy. We definitely recommend their place and we will book with them for any future trips!
