We love the Fabrice's place. It's a beautiful apartment close to the Venice train station. It has a perfect location because it's close to good restaurants and the canal.

The apartment is very comfortable. We went in winter and we couldn't take much advantage of the terrace. The bathroom is very spacious and has good facilities. The mattress was very good and of good dimensions. There are some shops and a large supermarket nearby. The walk to downtown is relatively short and pleasant.

Really nice and comfortable apartment, clean environment and equipped with everything, quiet area, in the future we would like to return.

Pier Luigi's accommodation is in a very quiet area and convenient to all services, upon our arrival we were welcomed by Anna, Pier's partner, who was really kind and friendly. In the apartment we found all the amenities described, nothing was missing, the terrace with mountain views was also beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a really good time, it was like being at home. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely be back! I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

We enjoyed the location … walkable from train and walkable to the center of town. Easy to get coffee in the morning and convenient markets for drinks and snacks in the flat. Amelia and her dog coffee greeted us warmly upon arrival. Flat is clean and comfortable.

Lorella was very kind and very welcoming even before arriving. She welcomed us and made us feel at home. They provided us with useful information and tips about the surroundings. Beautiful house, well-kept and with a wonderful garden. We'll definitely be back next year.

We found Moreno’s place exactly as described in the pictures on display. The house was kept clean throughout. Moreno was helpful and reactive to our needs. He was proactive in communicating with me from beginning to end. The area was residential, pleasant and tranquil. A very nice cafe called Antica Pasticceria Nascimben is a stone’s throw from the house, which we frequented everyday during our stay. No doubt I will use Moreno’s house again next time I go to the area. Many thanks to Moreno!

Lovely Venice apartment that was quiet and a good balance between off the tourist track but close to bars and restaurants. The apartment was quirky - lots of fun and the apartment terrace onto the canal was great.

Paola is a perfect and super helpful host. We had a great time and the house was comfortable and clean. We were afraid of being cold and instead the house, despite being large, is well regulated and warm. All the rooms were clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be back if we find ourselves in these areas again.

Lovely apartment, with a roof terrace. We had a great time at Valentia's place and were grateful with the recommendations and wealth of information that was provided in advance. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the outside space a real treat. The sunshine helped. Updating the outside furniture is probably due but it didn't detract from our wonderful stay. I stayed here for a couple of days during my short visit to Venice, and it was perfect! The check-in and check-out process was seamless and fully automated. Roberto and Mattia provided clear instructions, making everything effortless. The apartment has everything you need and is surrounded by plenty of pizzerias a pharmacy, and a supermarket within few metres apart, Getting to Venice piazzale roma, is incredibly easy, with a tram stop right in front of the building. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Venice, great location and fantastic, responsive hosts!
