the place and view were just extraordinary as he said it is quite literally a 5 min walk to the beach and you can even see the beach from the villa, it was extremely clean and well organised and everything we needed was available to us we did not have to ask for anything. My family and I had an amazing time and we will definitely be coming back someday! thank you Mahmoud for making this trip the best it could be.

The villa was equipped with a driveway for about 6-8 vehicles and easy to walk over the short stairs. The interior design in the villa is modern and simple. With a terrace, a garden with pool, barbecue, sitting areas, and much more, you definitely have an oasis of relaxation here. We were very satisfied and looking forward to the next visit

Emre's place made an unforgettable memory for us. We were there for about 10 days, the place matched the description and the photos, close to public transportations and He has been very helpful and responded. For example, We needed a baby chair , a baby bed and we found the pans not useful for us. he immediately provided them. Emre was really great and very lovely. Highly recommended.

From start to finish an incredible stay. Cinar met me on the corner and helped me to the apartment when my ride approached from the wrong direction on a one way street. Then walked me to a recommended nearby restaurant. Always responsive and helpful. Lovely apartment. Lovely location. In the middle of a lot of street activity in a safe location. We stayed at Emre&Zeynep’s house for five days. When we first arrived, we were warmly welcomed by her mother, who walked us in. The house was impeccable everything was spotless and well organized. It had all the amenities we needed. The location is fantastic, there's a market right in front of the house, the T5 tram line is just a 4-minute walk away, and the M1 metro line is about an 8-minute walk. The area itself is very pleasant and comfortable. Overall, it was one of the best stays we've had in Istanbul, and we will definitely come back.

5 minutes walking distance to Taksim square, we liked the location very much. It was very cozy and comfortable as it was a detached house. The owner was very attentive and very knowledgeable about the local area and guided us. We will choose this place when we come again, thanks for everything Seaview team.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Cemal was attentive, and extremely informative days in advance. He had instant coffee, canned beverages, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion all ready. The very first day he personally gave my son and I a tour of the residence, and brought up a case of bottled water. Definately recommend!

It already looked perfect, but in reality it was even more so, it definitely exceeded our expectations!The house is beautiful, large, very clean, with attention to the smallest details. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel at home and even more, the bathroom is perfect, great shower, hot water without problems, bedroom equipped with every comfort, air conditioning both in the living room and in the bedroom, washing machine, drying rack, towels, soaps. In the living room there is a large TV. The whole house is super bright, it is divided into two floors. The surrounding area is very quiet, a nice place, safe and pleasant, there is a shopping mall nearby with cafes, restaurants, ATMs, supermarket, everything you might need. There is a small comfortable outdoor space. It's easy to find transportation and taxis. The host is kind and helpful. You will want to live in this house, don't waste any more time, it will always be in our hearts. Thank you

About the host: Dilek was a fantastic host who was responsive no matter the time of day or night. She was quick to respond to every query I had including how to get around and use local transport. We even had a minor issue and Dileks husband Suat rushed in to help us out with it. They never let us feel like we were on our own. The Apartment: One of the most beautiful and artistic apartments I’ve ever stayed it. It was bigger than it looked in the photos and was so tastefully done in terms of interiors. Amenities: Tons of amenities and crockery, The most amazing parts of the room: Almost everything to be honest. - the massive terrace - the walk in closet that is fabulous for luggage storage and for changing - the washroom is absolutely well done too. Location: Very close to most points of interest. Walk downwards and you head to the tram station. Walk upwards you enter a lovely street for restaurants and bars, 15-20 mins walk to the main areas Conclusion: Highly recommend

Ayda was an amazing and gracious host. I stayed at her flat for 2 weeks. • As a remote US based worker/digital nomad my main concern was WiFi visiting Istanbul. I was able to do my work like normal no issues including several zoom/teams calls, file sharing, uploading, etc no issues or lag as the flat has very fast/strong WiFi. • The location is also great. There is grocery store at the top of the hill which is like a 3 min walk and super convenient for grabbing essentials. • The flat was as described. And had pretty much everything you need to cook and feel comfortable •Ayda herself was so kind and accommodating. She responded super quickly when I had questions. And provided recommendations for the area •The location is great. There’s so many great cafes, shops, and train stop nearby. Would definitely stay again!!

We were so happy here. The place is comfortable, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed. Location in Balat is steps away from cafes, restaurants, and shops. Really felt like we were part of the neighborhood. Highly recommend Riza's home.
