Holiday houses in Barunga West Council

Mundoora manor was easy to find, Louise sent clear instructions for access. The house was amazing, we loved the huge comfy bed and the leather recliners. The kitchen and dining area was nice, the pantry had the essentials (long life milk, coffee pods etc.). The outdoor area was very large and relaxing. Pt Broughton was only a 10min drive away for pub, supermarket and take-away. We had a fantastic relaxing few days and will definitely be back again.

Great place plenty of space. Comfy beds. Had everything that we needed for a last minute getaway from the city. Kid friendly. Loved being able to use the fire place.

Great place for kids and pets.

We loved our stay. The house is in a fantastic location, just near the boat ramp. The bay in front of the house was peaceful and great for the kids to build sandcastles or to go for a walk. The house was well equipped w blankets for the cool nights and the kitchen was homely and easy to use. We loved our stay and the kids are already talking about when we come back next time! 😊

John’s shack was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to the jetty and Main Street. The shack has everything you need and is family friendly with games and books. We loved that pets are thought of with a side fenced yard. Sitting on the veranda at sunset is beautiful.

Lisa's home was such a delightful place to stay. Beautifully renovated, with lots of thoughtful, usable spaces, the home was a perfect place to spend a couple of days, relaxing and unwinding. I said no less than 400 times, that I wished I could pick the house up and take it home with me haha. The location is amazing - right on the water with stunning sunsets and walking distance to the jetty, pub, water fountains, IGA and the bakery. The house was also stocked with many useful items. The beach itself isn't great for swimming but a great spot for water activities (e.g. SUP boarding and canoeing) and relaxing by the water. There is a great playground and basketball court along the waterfront which was a hit with my little ones. If you are there outside of school holiday peak times, the local caravan park will allow you to utilise their facilities for a day fee (also within walking distance). Lisa was the most beautiful and kind host - responsive and very accommodating. Thank you!
