This home is very cozy and had everything we needed for our stay. Krista and Carla are great communicators and reach out to make your stay is pleasant which was very much appreciated. Will definitely stay again when we are back in town!

The best BnB we have ever stayed in. Everything was extremely lovingly furnished and the entire house was really impressive. We had a wonderful time and contact with the landlords was always easy. The pictures in the ad do not reflect the true beauty of the property. Simply outstanding. We'd love to come back.

Our family had a great time in the peaceful setting of Down at the Farm. We enjoyed fishing in the pond and relaxing in and around the pool. The host was very friendly and welcoming. A great place to create family memories.

This was an amazing experience. I started communicating with John 13 months before my sons wedding to stay there plus host a large rehearsal dinner. ( it grew to 80 people!). John allowed - welcomed me- to come see the property to check out the layout for what I needed giving my caterer information and planning for our stay. I needed to move furniture and a few other things and when I asked John if it was ok, his reply was, “it’s your house”, and I truly felt that way. It was comfortable and allowed for my family to stay and as we had a few revolving guests, John provided extra linens. The rehearsal dinner was on a hot August night and I had told folks to bring a bathing suit. Several of the bridal party and friends jumped in! The animals were fun and when a few of the kitties jumped in the car when we were leaving we were tempted to steal them! Our caterer for that dinner and a farewell brunch lived the set up of this place as well. I honestly cannot recommend it enough! Thanks John!

Great place to stay for a UGA home game. Big front lawn, fire pit, jacuzzi, comfortable interior, and walking distance from the stadium.

We absolutely loved this property and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Angel Cove! It is the best-equipped place we have ever stayed and feels more like a home than a rental property. The place is exactly like the pictures (actually even better) Nothing at all is lacking - an abundance of small kitchen appliances, top of the line washer/dryer. I especially appreciated 1) the good shower pressure and hot water 2) good internet speed if you need to work 3) TV in the master and upstairs 4) plenty of room to spread out in. I have to mention the peacefulness and beauty of the surroundings, we slept soundly every night. It's a beautiful neighborhood for morning and evening walks. We were a family of 5 and enjoyed the spaciousness and loved the recliners in the living room! We were so lucky to find this property and we booked our next stay before we even checked out. Anthony is super responsive as all the other reviewers have commented. Awesome, awesome stay! Thank you!!!

We had a great stay at this lovely home! Jessica was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed!

When we arrived, the hosts offered to show us around the house to point out some of the things we should be aware of and know how to operate. Very friendly, and kind people. The property was spotless! Thinking about all our previous rentals, I give this one the best rental property award. Trust me, we travel a lot. In fact we’re planing on renting this one again in the summer to experience the water activities, and the beautiful patio on the dock. It truly had everything one could possibly need, even Christmas decorations! What a fantastic touch! Made us feel at home, really. The kitchen had all the cookware, utensils, even an air fryer! The lower level had a great selection of games, even an arcade machine. All the bedrooms were spacious, with in suite bathrooms and WATER VIEW! I’ll sum it up to this: my family and I made some of the best Christmas memories in this house and the pictures turned out great considering this beautiful property. Can’t say enough about it so here it is: 5✨

Really fit what we needed. Hosts introduced themselves on arrival and even graciously offered to mail a couple articles of clothing back to me I'd forgotten in a closet. For future guests, since it is in the back of the main house, can take a second to confirm you're at the right address. The place is simple (for example, no oven or stove but does have a hot plate/griddle) as listed. It is only 20-30 minutes to walk to lots of various shops and restaurants so while the house itself is in a neighborhood, close enough to walk to things and don't have to get in a car. As long as you're not heading south, which hits the main road pretty quickly, they are all pretty nice walks to places.

This Airbnb was amazing! The host went above and beyond, making the stay truly memorable. The space was spotless, private, and beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. The view was stunning, and the location couldn’t have been better—convenient and peaceful. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

We had a great stay. Perfect location off the beaten path but still close to all that Athens had to offer. Perfect little get away for our family of four and the pup to catch a game at Sanford Stadium.

We came for a college visit and only stayed one night. We were grateful Andy allowed a late checkout and was great at responding in advance to my questions about parking. Everything was great. We got a good nights sleep on the comfy beds.

Krysta’s place was adorable and perfect for our needs. Very close to town, loved the decor and the garden. Coffee and microwave! Perfect!

This is the second time we've stayed at Billie's place. The house is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked. Billie was always available to answer questions and has a delightful sense of humor. Billie's place feels like a home away from home.

This was an amazing location. We we're at an event at UGA, and this location was at best a 5 minute drive there. There is a great shopping center right around the corner. We had our kids with us (12, 10, 8) and all the places we wanted to look okay we're within a 15 minutes drive. Jon was a great host, and was great to work with on the arrangements. I highly recommend this property.

This is the 2nd time I stayed at Neils plac to visit my daughter at UGA. 5 minute drive to downtown (or less). Walkable to the highly recommended Mama's Boy diner. Comfortable beds. Great TV set up. Would definitely stay again!

David's basement was as described and is in a private quiet area. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby. David's girlfriend, Sandi, was extremely accommodating and would check in on me periodically to ask what would make my stay better. The hosts are very communicative and I would recommend this location to anyone looking for a clean and peaceful home away from home.

We came up for our daughter’s graduation and felt right at home. Very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to get to all of our events for the weekend.

Only minutes away from Athens via scenic country roads. Easy access. Presumably the pool house of the host but felt private and actually never saw anyone else. Was a fall visit so didn’t use the pool though pool area looked fun.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

We had an amazing stay! Nelson was very responsive and great with local recommendations. You can’t beat the location - within walking distance to downtown Athens. We had everything we needed during our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

Kay was a great host. Place was clean, comfortable, roomy, and well appointed. Close to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping. We came in for a Georgia football game and found the location to be convenient to Athens. Look forward to future stays. Highly recommend!
