Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Barra Velha

Excellent stay, the only point to improve is the communication to schedule spaces such as a gym, which occur by the host via the app.

We spent a week in the house, in 12 people, my parents, brothers, my children and nephews. The house exceeded our expectations, organization, cleanliness and comfort of hotel and coziness, utensils and appliances of a complete house. We spent great days, with lots of peace and a sense of security. Marly always helpful, welcoming us very well at check-in, available and always seeking to provide information and possibilities offered by the house so that we could make the most of our stay. Great location for access to Beto Carrero and beautiful beaches of the region. We'll be back for sure!

The house is beautiful giant and very well equipped, comfortable rooms, plenty of space for recreation, good quality bedding, cooking utensils, equipment for the beach, toys for children, they were fixed up to the slightest detail, you can see the care and affection they put on furniture, the beach is less than half a block away from the house and is beautiful, with clear water and with trails between the vegetation and stones with beautiful views, the neighborhood is very quiet and nice without the chaos of the most touristic cities, there are good restaurants, supermarkets and shops a few blocks away to do everything walking, Nanda's attention was exceptional at all times she was attentive to what we needed to be noticed that she really wants her guests to have a good time, the experience surpassed our expectations (which were already high), very recommended!

We went in the family and with children (6 young children 1 to 8 years old). The house space is excellent for this type of family get-together. Very quiet, safe and quiet place to leave the children loose in the backyard. The premises of the house match a traditional beach house, that is, the idea is to face the sea and enjoy the breeze they offer. The dining and barbecue area, both indoor and outdoor, are excellent.

It was incredible days…we intend to return soon, the house is excellent.

It was a great experience. The house is comfortable, equipped, easy to access and secure. It has patio space for three cars. We went in three people (couple+son and our three dogs), but the house holds 8 people well. It is a beach for those who do not want to stir, the shops close early and do not have good restaurants nearby. The sand and sea are exactly the same as in the pictures, that is, open the gate and has access to the beach, and here is a warning: there is a lot of wave in this place, which for us was not a problem. The host is fantastic: attentive, flexible and available. We took a grueling 12-hour drive to get to the house, but it was compensated for the great days we spent.

A charming place, far from the noise and turmoil of the city and at the same time of easy access, really matches the announcement, the owners are very hospitable. For those who love, privacy, contact with nature, a life in the field. Ideal to spend more than one night!

Our stay was wonderful! Rafael's house is like in the pictures, comfortable, tidy, clean, on a super quiet street and close to the beach! There was absolutely nothing left for us, including having beach chairs, table, umbrella, cooler made all the difference for us, it helped us a lot!!! Rafael is very friendly and quickly answered us every time we need him, in addition to giving us good tips, so that our days were amazing!! It was very worth it!!! We highly recommend Rafael's place!!
