The property is very new and pleasant, with a beautiful view. The location is good, but there are no shops or restaurants nearby. But it's quiet and easy to order delivery. The very good utensils and towels and bed linens. Internet worked well for my work.

The apartment is actually very close to the center of Penedo, everything can be done on foot. Outside that has restaurant, market, bakery, pharmacy and others just on the street. João answered everything very quickly, with a lot of education and cordiality. It is a great choice for a couple. Super recommend it!

Marcos was totally kind and nice to our family. You welcomed us very well, it was quite flexible with check-out and check-out times. The apartment had more than we needed for a quick stay. It actually had more than we needed, since we only spent one night. For those who go to Aman, it's the best place, safe, very close and comfortable. My son decided to go at the last minute and Marcos was also very flexible about that. I just have to thank you!

I had already stayed a few years ago in the flats of Aldeia das Águas and this time I stayed on the airbnb platform, I confess that I liked it a lot more, as the apartment was fully prepared for 5 people, with all the appliances shown in the photo and a large refrigerator, which is very important for those who travel with the family. Joana a lot requests helped us in everything we need very friendly, the well-equipped Flat, cozy and clean as the structure of the condominium is not even spoken, a good pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and still has the water park villages of the waters I recommend to know, we love the stay and we will definitely return!!!!

The hostess was very helpful from the conversations before the booking was confirmed to the time of checkout. The flat is beautiful and super functional. We found the clean and smelling rooms. The kitchenware and appliances make a difference. I couldn't take advantage of all the condo amenities due to lack of time. But the pool really pleased my little daughter. We will come back for sure.

Very cool our experience at Apt. Easy access, all organized, we were able to take advantage of the condominium premises. Very good breakfast ( paid part) Perfect to enjoy the day at the park with the children, rest to return the next day.

We spent our New Year's for the second time in the condominium. The structure of the condominium is great for those who go with children. About the loft is well equipped and comfortably fits the 5 people allowed. It is facing the pool and ground floor and nothing gets in the way with noise, mt good! The only thing the microwave wasn't running, but didn't hinder our stay. We'll definitely be back

Already knew the site, but the experience at Saulo's flat was the first time. We were celebrating my son's birthday and we were already greeted with some pampering for him, who was all happy. The flat is exactly like in the pictures, all neat and neat. The hotel offers all-day recreation for children, from the park to night at the hotel, which makes all the difference for the children.
