Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun on the waterside home. 50 minutes away from Newark liberty airport. 23 minutes away from six flags Great Adventure. Close to big shopping center and many beaches and boardwalk. Also close to many good restaurants. Few steps to the river connecting to Atlantic Ocean.

Delightful family vacation spot. Unit was cozy, clean and right on the lake with access to a private dock, small beach front and private fire pit and grill. Bedrooms were great for a family, all the kids had their own bed. Beautiful deck overlooking the lake with comfortable rockers. The kitchen had silverware, plates, pots and pans, and cups/mugs, everything we needed to cook. Our children enjoyed swimming in the lake, paddle boarding, the pool and camp activities and biking around the property. Our dog was also welcome an extra bonus.

We had the most wonderful stay at a beautiful house on Mallard Island, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property was immaculate, with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The basic necessities were well thought out, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The views were truly breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to incredible sights of the marsh and bay, and the sunsets were even more spectacular—definitely something to look forward to every day. The location is also a big plus; it’s within walking distance to Old Causeway, which has one of the best happy hours in NJ imo (from 3-6pm), making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beaching or bay activites. The hosts were exceptional—kind, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. They were flexible with our arrival time and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the posted time, which was much appreciated. We could have used a few more towels, but next time we'll bring a few. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stay

David and his wife are easily the best hosts I’ve ever had to communicate during a booking on AIRBNB. David, from beginning to end, was very communicative and made my stay very easy. The property was BEAUTIFUL, and everything that was offered on the listing, was exactly what we received! We loved our stay and would easily rebook this trip over again. Great location and house. It suited our needs perfectly for Thanksgiving week with family. We thoroughly enjoyed the musical instruments, records, games, and fire pit. The home is older but full of character and charm. It has excellent Wi-Fi for remote working. The kitchen is well appointed; we cooked several meals throughout the week. Walking distance or a quick drive to many great restaurants. Communication was quick and easy.
