Holiday rentals with beach access in Barmouth

Really lovely apartment. Big and very comfy bed with a nice modern bathroom. The kitchen had everything you needed and was really nice. Was decorated really well and the milk and Welsh cakes were a nice surprise. Fab location

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

The place is easy to locate, cosy, clean, peaceful and has a free parking. We’ve had an issue with the heating but thanks for the quick response/action. We really appreciate it! Overall, we’ve had a great 2-night stay at Haydn’s place. I highly recommend this place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Sue's place is a welcoming one bedroom groundfloor flat with floor heating. It was nice and toasty when we got in. Something to be aware of is that it'll take a long time for the heating to respond to thermostat settings so be patient. I also suggested to keep all inside door open so the other rooms get heated. Overall a peaceful cozy stay.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Crows Nest. The views were breathtaking, and the easy access to the beach and Holyhead / Snowdonia were a major plus. The apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed watching the planes from RAF and the views from the living room! We highly recommend Crows Nest for couples seeking a relaxing and scenic getaway.

One small criticism was that we were staying for Christmas and the decorations consisted of two small christmas figures and none of the electric tea lights worked. otherwise a nice break away with most of the things we needed to prepare meals. Thank you.

This was a fantastic property. Stunning views of the sea. Great for walks along the beach and the amenities in the little town. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as clean the place was spotless. We all loved our stay with something for everyone.

Enjoyed our stay at Awel Y Mor, walking distance to the park and harbour. The property was very clean and tidy and we had tea, milk and doggy treats for our arrival. The instructors to get to the property and gain access were very clear. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend if anyone wanted to stay in the Holyhead area. Just a short drive to the lighthouse.

Great stay for a family of 9 - could easily have been more of us. The house was roomy and comfortable with everything you need. Great location with lovely places within walking distance and short drives to other areas of north wales

Absolutely fantastic house in a gorgeous location. The house felt so warm and inviting upon our arrival and was spotlessly clean. The views out across the bay are truly stunning! The location made a great base for our stay on the Island, with a lovely pub and cafe/restaurant within walking distance from the house. Lydia was so helpful throughout our stay, ensuring check in went smoothly and that we got home safely after the snowy weather and had enjoyed our stay. I cannot recommend this house enough, and we definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Thanks Lydia for such a lovely experience!

We booked a last minute holiday for the family. The house was perfect for what we needed. Tim was very responsive, he has really thought about what guests might need to make their stay hassle free. The location was perfect it is no more than a 5 minute walk to the beach and town centre. Would recommed and would use again.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Esther's special place by the sea. A great location providing the real luxury of being able to lay in bed and see the waves crash onto the beach! The house was lovely and warm and comfortable and everything you needed for a great stay. Esther is a lovely host and was very responsive and helpful - she took the time to message us and check everything was going okay. I am sure we will be back!

This property was a gem. We booked last minute and didn't have a lot of time to look into the area. The property is in a great location. Close to shops and places to eat and drink. Walks on the doorstep and the beach only a 5/10 minutes walk away. We jumped straight on the coastal path from the beach. The flat was easy to find with excellent instructions. It is very homely and had all you will need for your stay. It is in a peaceful location, but still close enough to lots of things to do. The views are breath taking. I could of sat with a cuppa and looked out the window all day. Highly recommend.

Chris is a great host. We reached his place via public transport at around 0930pm. It’s easily accessible and walkable from train station & bus stop. We had absolutely no problem finding and doing self check-in even at late hour. The place has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, kitchen and private parking. The place was spotless clean and seems like a new apartment. The living room balcony and one of the bedrooms overlook the beach / ocean. Thanks for hosting our family, we had a pleasant stay and amazing experience !

This was our third time staying at Alyson’s wonderful apartment, and we loved it just as much as before! The place is perfectly clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it ideal for exploring. The added bonus of a parking space is incredibly convenient. Alyson is a fantastic host—super flexible and always easy to communicate with, which makes the experience stress-free. We can’t recommend this place enough and look forward to staying here again!

This was my first ever Air B n B experience so though I've not much to compare it to, I already know I'll probably never use hotels or regular B&Bs again. Gorgeous clean and comfortable apartment, very homely, beautiful coastal view, thoughtful guides packed with info, menus etc, environmentally friendly with recycling options, cuppas with fresh milk, all the crockery we'd need, even a balcony, nautical views, comfortable and quiet sleep and the cosiest living room ever with a gorgeous fire to warm us after a day of adventuring in the freezing cold. Loved it. Only downside it was a real struggle to get a meal out as we didn't think to book any of the restaurants then missed our opportunity but but only a short drive into the centre with plenty of takeaway options. Thanks 👍 x

We had a lovely two night stay and would happily have stayed longer. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed. The front room looks straight onto the sea front and the pier is just across the road. There is even a sauna, just across the road, on the sea front, which I believe is bookable, via a QR code. Two very comfortable double beds and the showers (one en-suite) were excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and even had sharp knives. This was perfect for two couples. Thank you

We had a lovely stay at Lluesty. Comms were some of the best we’ve had, the accommodation was perfect (and very dog friendly), whilst the location was excellent with lovely beach walks in very close distance. All in all this was excellent value and we’d definitely come back!
