Holiday rentals with a patio in Barkarby

We stayed at the apartment for three months as a family of three. Adam was super helpful, and the apartment was ideally equipped and situated for the trip. The area is close to the metro and does not have many tourists. The apartment and building are new, well-kept and quiet. Adam helped us when we arrived and responded very quickly to questions. A superb stay at a great place with a wonderful host!

The location in Södermalm was perfect—close to great restaurants, cafes, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Karolina was incredibly responsive and provided great local recommendations. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again!! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Stockholm! Makes your stay worth it!!

Very nice apartment very well equipped and perfectly located for visiting Stockholm. A special mention for Axel who was lovely and very responsive! We will come back without hesitation!

The appartment was very well-equipped and perfect for one person during a long stay (one month). Birgitta and Anders are nice and caring hosts; the communication was friendly and easygoing. Issues with the internet connection were shared and quickly resolved. Gribbylund is a lovely neighborhood and the appartement is only 5min from a beautiful lake (which was frozen when I arrived, adding to the overall area's appeal). Walk trails are also available nearby in Täby. Groceries can be done in Täby Centrum (around 40min by foot): a Lidl and KFC are at around the same distance. A ICA store is located closer but I did not check it out. As a note, the ceiling is not specifically soundproof, so bring earplugs if you are sensitive to occasional noise (the main house is located upstairs and the garage is at the door). Near the metro, easy to get to the city center. The apartment is small, but it has everything you need for three guests. The owner is responsive, friendly, always ready to help.

Very calm and quiet place, around nature, no noise, suitable to rest. Inside, it was cozy like with the grandparents in the summer house, it was warm.

It was a small, cozy, clean and cozy apartment located in a quiet, beautiful and green neighborhood with detached houses. We even saw a deer crossing. Everything you need was present but it is not so suitable for tall people given the height of 1.90 (fortunately we are smaller). Beach, supermarket and bakery were within walking distance. We once had a nice meal in restaurant Bryggan Alsten at the harbor, also within walking distance but a little further away. Getting to city center is quick and easy with tram and metro. It was wonderful to come home to the busy center in a quiet, village area. Communication with Anki was excellent. It was unfortunate that we didn't meet her, but she responded right away to questions. In short, recommended.

We had a really enjoyable stay during our first visit to Sweden. The property is situated in what looks to be an upmarket suburb, which is quiet but also within a short drive from central Stockholm. On visiting Sweden again we would definitely look to stay here again.

My husband and 3 kids loved our stay in Peter’s home in Näsbypark near Stockholm. The house was beautiful, we loved the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. It was a home away from home for our family. We were very close to the train station which took us straight into Stockholm for siteseeing. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we felt safe there. We were within easy walking distance to amenities and a beautiful lake.

Nice, tidy place to stay, with everything you need in a place. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the city center is easily accessible by train. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Stockholm:)

We stayed with Michael for 2 nights Stockholm trip and it was a lovely stay. It was very idyllically located in nature and the check in was easy and possible at any time because you could just check in yourself. Michael was always available by phone if we had an issue. Contrary to what was stated in the description, there was also basic equipment, everything you need was there. Washing machine, equipped kitchen, even a rice cooker. The bed was only 120cm, but that wasn't a problem for us. The location is just outside in a village, with public transport it takes about 45 to 50 minutes to Stockholm Central Station. However, public transport also runs all night, so we could also leave and return to the accommodation at any time. The nearest bus stop is also only 3 minutes walking. Thanks Michael for the great stay, we would come back anytime.

Beautiful home, equipped with every comfort. At the end of the street is a beautiful hiking area around a lake. with the dogs ideal. When we were there in February, there was skating on the lake. Walking distance to metro and train is plm. 7 min. very good connection to the city center of Stockholm. Large shopping center within walking distance, plm. 10 min. Parking the car around the house is pay attention. No parking is allowed on the left side of the road, or against the driving direction, and stay 10 meters out of the bend. The house is a nice starting point to explore Stockholm and its surroundings.

Hi community, Here the space is certainly small but make no mistake it is functional. Very well equipped and welcoming. Perfect for a stay in the Swedish capital. I was there in winter, for the Christmas holidays, the apartment is well heated. The host responds quickly. close to the subway, quiet area. a convenience store nearby. In short, excellent.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was beautiful, clean, and cozy, just a short distance from the city. Excellent communication with the host. Highly recommend.

l stayed with my teenage son for an event at the Stockholmsmässan. It was a 15-20 min walk so perfect for us. Slightly uphill going from the town to the house. Tania's place is a residential area, very quiet, pleasant walk. We even saw a hare and deer on the street which was surprising to us from the UK. We felt safe to walk back in the dark at night. Lovely, clean apartment. Nice hot shower, comfy bed. We found Tania to be very quick to respond to messages and she was very helpful.

Felix had a lovely apartment that met all my needs. It was close to grocery stores, shopping, public transit (metro, buses) and a few blocks from beautiful walking paths along the water. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

Anna's apartment is beautiful and cozy. Very well located a few stops from downtown. Clean and tidy. With all the amenities and utensils to feel at home. Thank you very much Anna for being attentive to us, for your beautiful home and the details regarding us and our children that you have had. We've been very comfortable. Thanks for the toys for the kids. Highly recommended.

We loved this place and would highly recommend. the apartment is in beautiful location with great views. The place is immaculate and smells great. You can also access the 25th floor rooftop for even better views and even have a picnic. Good restaurants within a minute or two walk. When did activities usually just had a $10-12 10 minute uber ride.

Stefan's place is fantastic, such a great location with great cafes, bars and resteraunts in the local neighbourhood for when you don't fancy travelling across the city. But if you do want to travel then good transport links for the underground (tunnelbana) as well as buses and the Flygbussarna coach stop the airpot is a 5 minute walk away. The aprartment was clean, unclutted and comfortable, with great art and interesting books all around. The small balcony is a bonus, it gets the sun and so is a lovely spot for morning coffee (or evening beer). Stephan was friendly and was around to let me in on arrival and explain how everything worked, but his description and instructions in the listing were perfect anyway. Had a great stay and hope to stay again if I get the chance.
