One of the best experiences we have ever had with Airbnb. Great hosts always helpful and accommodating. We had few changes to our reservation and they were beyond helpful. If coming back to Viareggio I will not stay anywhere else. If there would be 6 star ratings that’s what I would give them. Thank you for the great experience.

We stayed in the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 2 adults and 2 children aged 6 and 8. Everything is tip top. This will make you immediately feel at home. The apartment is spaciously laid out. Everything has been thought of. There is simple food and drink to let you through the first hours, a washing machine, hairdryer, pool towels etc. The beds are very good and the air conditioning works great. The swimming pool and parking space are in front of the door. The pool is very nice place to relax and is never too crowded. Lucca is 10 minutes away by car and is very nice and easy to visit. There is always plenty of room for parking. Many other attractions are within easy driving distance of the apartment. We were there for 2 weeks and never got bored. A car is necessary. Finally, Elisa, of course, that makes everything possible. She is doing this excellently. Everything is tip top and with a nice and positive energy Elisa makes it a pleasant stay. If there is anything or needed, she responds quickly.

Great place to stay with almost brand new equipment. Vanessa answered very quickly to all of our questions gave us a very nice welcome to Lucca!

Adriana is a very kind host. It was very easy to communicate with her. The apartment is very cozy and warm. Everything was perfectly clean. Flexible check in. Very positive experience, certainly recommended!

Everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and very nice. The place was beautiful. I will say, make sure you get an automatic car, because it takes about 10 minutes to go up the side of the hill and it’s quite nerve wracking. The view, however, was worth it

This place felt like home. You are within a villa which has lovely gardens to enjoy and strategically placed art to ponder. There is parking across the street if you have a car or a bus stop if you rather backpack your way around. We experienced both and each was a viable option. The air conditioning was very good, and there was ceiling fans which was a bonus. The wifi worked and was very useful. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. The location is just outside Lucca and perfect if you want to stay away from any crowds but also close enough to get to a lot of hot spots when desired. You get a local experience here…a bit of a time piece which is beautiful in itself. The host (Maria) was a delightful lady that provided much help and assistance as needed. We stayed for a month would have stayed longer if we could. I would definitely recommend this home in a heartbeat. Enjoy Italy 🇮🇹 🙏

Everyone was very nice, the neighbors were very nice, A nice place to rest, a big thank you personally to Maria. For the address, the GPS told us that we had arrived, but we had to continue the road for about 300 m. And Borgo Isora will be on your left. The road is winding to get there, you have to be careful. Very nice place to go.

Nice and spacious accommodation close to town and beach. Paolo was a nice host who was easy to deal with.

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

Very clean and cute apartment, nicely set-up. The private and enclosed parking is a great addition, plus it gives a small playing area for kids. Andrea was very responsive and flexible with our needs. We would gladly come back if we find ourselves in Lucca again.

We had a great experience at Mauro & Alda's apartment. The place is comfy and clean in a very chill and super convenient area. Fortunately we got good weather and it was very nice being able to cook and have a quiet dinner with wine in the patio.

We were warmly welcomed by Angelo. He provided us with many useful tips about the area and was always available and also on site. The apartment is very quiet. A perfect place to relax. The pool was fantastic and the garden was very well maintained and you could relax wonderfully. We found the waterfall nearby to be the most beautiful. Where you could go swimming. You absolutely need a car to get to the next village. From the apartment to La Spezia it takes about 1 hour and to Pisa about 1.5 hours. We felt very comfortable.

Really nice apartment, cozy, very clean, with attention to detail and well heated. In addition to the plates, there is an air conditioner/heat pump in the kitchen that also supports the bedrooms (with the doors open). There is a picturesque rustic wooden loft on which there is a sitting area with a very nice TV and the joy of my children (who did not miss the opportunity to go up and watch TV or just play). The property is located within a condominium complex accessed through an automatic gate about 300 m from the Tosco Romagnola, after which you can take bus 190 to Pisa or Cascina (both about 10 m by public transport). The condominiums we met were friendly. The host was very kind. He offered us a lot of information, was super helpful and was very flexible on check-out time (not having other reservations for that day). I highly recommend it.

My 4 friends and I stayed in this beautiful apartment. Marco welcomed us with enthusiasm, with a smile and provided us with advice on the spot, needless to say we immediately felt at home. The apartment was clean and tidy. The icing on the cake is the terrace with a beautiful view! As a location for us it was effective to move by car to Forte dei Marmi (20 minutes) but also to La Spezia (30/40 minutes), and then take the train to the 5 Terre! We were very satisfied and highly recommend staying in this lovely apartment! 😊

Franco was the best host we’ve ever had! He was very polite and helpful the whole stay. He organized a pasta cooking class and even dropped one of the guests to the airport. The house was amazing, especially the pool area. All in all we would absolutely recommend this place and host!

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

Stefania’s place is a truly hidden gem! This apartment is exactly what you need for a luxury relaxed weekend just a short bike-ride from Forte dei Marmi city center. My friends and I spent there few days to celebrate a hen party and we couldn’t ask for anything more. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could ask for; there is coffee and snacks, and it was spotlessly clean! Also Stefania was so kind to leave us fresh croissants outside the door for both mornings we stayed there, a really nice gesture. We asked her to manage a late checkout and she let us stay until 3pm, so we could enjoy the typical Forte dei Marmi Sunday market and an amazing lunch by the seaside. So this is definitely the right place to book!

Apartment clean and adequate to expectations. Recommended for families of 5-6 people.

The rental was for two nights. Many thanks to the hosts of this beautiful house for creating a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation! The apartment is beautiful, interestingly decorated, large, bright, clean, on the second floor, the entrance is separate. It is possible to rent for a large family or several families, there are additional rooms. Nice smell of the room. Everything is thoughtful. Comfortable large double bed, bed linen, bedside tables with night lamps, TV, wardrobe. The kitchen is huge. All necessary utensils. The bathroom is large, clean. Towels, hygiene products. Shower with bath. Parking is convenient close to the house. Few minutes to the bakery, where they cook right in front of you incredibly delicious bread and pizza, fresh food. People are helpful. Very nice atmosphere! Very fresh air!

A fantastic experience, the place was clean and well-stocked (a kitchen to be envious of those in the house), immersed in nature and tranquility. Dear Managers, Really a place to come back to.

Beautiful spot and setting. Property is very well taken care of. We loved the apartment and the property. I'd say the only negative is the parking. It's an extremely tight turn and narrow passage down to the parking area. And when another guest parked in our designated parking space before we got there, it was quasi impossible to park into the free space. That said, this is to be expected when travelling to small beautiful communities in rural Italy. I would still highly recommend this property, but come with a small car :-)
