Lake house holiday rentals in Bardolino

We felt very comfortable in Airbnb We were very warmly welcomed upon the arrival of Rachele's mother. She explained the important things to us and showed us around the house. The Airbnb was lovingly decorated and it was very clean everywhere. In the kitchen were also all the necessary utensils, so we also cooked often. Overall we were very pleased with the accommodation. We will be happy to come back.☺️

First, I would like to address the location of the house. All attractions, restaurants and bars very close. Only 2-3 minutes to the beach. The house is much better than described!! Very clean and very well maintained. A lot has been provided to us that you don't usually think about. The pool and the complex are very well maintained. We were there as a family, with 2 children and a dog. We felt very comfortable. Thank you to Svetlana and her helpers!

Fantastic rental - the villa is well designed and appointed, Veronica is super responsive and helpful, and the location is perfect. It's a 15 minute walk (uphill) to the centre of Padenghe village, 5 minutes drive from a good supermarket, but the part that we loved is that it's 100m from the lakeside lido, with restaurants and bars that are fantastic in the evening, really buzzing with life and a great place for a drink or meal.

A great, modern home located directly on the lake. Comfortable patio with a beautiful view. Well-equipped kitchen. Close to restaurants and shops. The house was very clean. Great communication with the host.

Six of us had a very nice stay. The house with retro charm has a very well equipped kitchen and a beautiful garden overlooking the lake right on the ferry dock. Stefania was always quick and flexible and sent great tips!

Pure relaxation! The place is clean, perfect for couples and offers everything for a nice, quiet and restful stay. The location is also great, as is the environment. Nearby there are several restaurants as well as a bar and a small ice cream parlor, all within walking distance. Erika is a very good and pleasant host. Small tip- It produces on a beautiful property about 25 minutes by car from the accommodation, excellent olive oil and honey. We highly recommend the place.

We spent 4 nights at Casa Sebina and couldn't have been more happy with the apartment. The communication from Dante and Francesca was brilliant from the moment we booked. They provided numerous suggestions for dining, shopping and site-seeing. Closer to our stay they provide clear and useful information, including a video, to find and accessed the property. Spread over two floors, with outdoor space, the apartment gave my husband and I, my two step-daughters and my parents space to spend time together and comfortably rest or read our books. As each room has its own bathroom we all had a lot of privacy. The small kitchenette was well equipped for making light meals to and there was plenty of space inside and out for us to dine together. I'd highly recommend packing insect repellant in the warmer months if you're outside! The apartement is a short walk to Desenzano via a pasticceria serving delicious brioches' and coffee. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Our place in Peschiera was very nice. The three of us traveled as a group of girls with two dogs and stayed well. The landlord and his family are very nice and we were able to talk well in English. If we had a wish or questions, we were immediately approached very kindly. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from Lake Garda (dog beach also nearby), a bakery almost on the doorstep, the selection of restaurants very large and the Lidl only a few minutes drive away. Through the small garden you can have breakfast outside in the morning. If necessary, it would still be useful to install fly screens on the windows because of the mosquitoes in the evening.

Anya was a wonderful host and made our stay a massive highlight of our trip for all the family. The villa had the most fantastic views, was well equipped and was in a great location. The pool was a major highlight in the hot weather! Some points worth noting, there wasn’t any air conditioning downstairs or in the fourth bedroom. This, when twinned with the usual Italian mosquitos, meant it was uncomfortable to sit in the lounge area (as we needed to keep the doors closed). If the villa had air conditioning added to the lounge area or potentially mosquito blinds to the dining room and kitchen door, it would help massively. Overall we had a fantastic trip and the area was perfect with lovely restaurants and short drives to points of interest. Thanks to Anya for helping make our holiday one to remember!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Gemma and Edda were both so kind and helpful. The beds were so comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. Gemma gave us great advice on where to eat and told us the history of the area. We had a wonderful time exploring the small towns and relaxing. I highly recommend this amazing place.

We had a wonderful holiday at Settimo's charming apartment. The view from the terrace and garden is stunning and even though the apartment is close to the main road it feels secluded and quiet. Some features in the apartment could do with an update (the sliding doors don't slide that easily, the shower overflows), but in general it's a very nice and comfortable apartment with lots of space. Gargnano and other villages on Lago di Garda, like Sirmione and Limone sul Garda, are well worth a visit, especially at this time of year (early May) when they are not overrun with other tourists yet. Trips to Verona and Brescia are also recommended. Communication with Settimo and Francesca was very pleasant and they always responded quickly. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic time. The apartment has a wonderful garden and views. The location is great. You can get directly to the lake via a tunnel and reach everything you need, within walking distance and by car in a few minutes. The apartment is adequately furnished, could only possibly use some love with curtains or images. The kitchen has a basic equipment. If you plan to cook a lot yourself, you should bring everything you need. Marco and Giorgia were great hosts and always available. We will definitely be back! 😊

We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

We stayed here for three nights (2 adults, 2 children and 1 baby) and we enjoyed it very much! The location of the house is really great, with a great view, in a beautiful place above Lake Garda. Everything was very clean and new, the beds very comfortable and in the kitchen there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The outdoor area is beautifully designed and always summer a real oasis! Check-in and communication with Davide was very easy and nice! We immediately felt comfortable and would definitely visit again :)

There were six of us to spend the week of New Year's Eve 2025. It was a pleasure to stay at the farmhouse, we really lived it as the warm and welcoming environment of a "our" place. Very nice place with a fantastic view!

The stay at Viletta Nico was perfect. We had everything we needed, everything was clean, the room would have easily been big enough for basically 8 people (we were 6). 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (each has shower + toilet, 1 washing machine), kitchen + lounge. A big plus is the private whirlpool in the garden; we could use it even though it was off-season (in mid october), which was very nice. The house is part of a residential estate with other houses directly next, so a very big pool can used on top of the whirlpool in summer. Lots of parking spaces in front of the house can be used for free safely, as only people within the estate have access to the parking lot. Nico is very friendly and flexibel, helped us a lot and we could always ask questions. The location is in the middle of Sirmione, a supermarket is reachable in 3 minutes by foot, lake Garda also in 5 minutes reachable by foot. All of this for a super low price; the price-performance ratio is insane. We would go there again. 5/5

Okay here it goes , the description of the house was spot on , but not only was it spot on it was better than the pictures. location was lovely , quite which was what I was looking for but 2 steps to the lake where you could swim and relax , right on the bus route and ferries to other parts of the lake , myself and friend could not complain about anything . I would highly recommend to anyone who wants a home away from home , a wonderful warm and friendly host in a beautiful part of Italy . ohhh and the house had everything that you would need when going self catering and oh boy the furniture was gorgeous and extremely well maintained .

The apartment is well equipped, it has everything you need. We found the mattresses a little hard. Otherwise, everything is tip-top. The highlight is the beautiful terrace with fantastic lake view. And it's extraordinarily quiet. Mari is very engaged. Everything worked out for it. The very narrow and steep stretch of road to the apartment actually takes some getting used to, but woman can do it :-)
