This cozy studio of 22 m² is just 5-minute walk away from the center of Barcelonnette and is located in a building on the ground floor. There is a garden where you can enjoy the sun, some rest and perhaps a nice glass of wine in summer and winter. Free parking is available in front of the building. It’s possible to take the bus Marseille Airport to Barcelonnette. There are also plenty of activities and restaurants nearby. Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Possibility to park your car in the residence. The kitchen is fully equipped, very comfortable bedding in the bedroom as well as in the living room. Located less than a 10 minute walk from the Embrun body of water, a 5 minute drive from the city centre, and about 20 minutes from Les Orres station.

It is in the heart of the Ubaye Valley, five minutes from Barcelonnette center, close to the mountain, Pra-Loup and Sauze winter sports resorts, family-friendly activities. You'll love my place because of the calm, the comfort, the exceptional view, the brightness, and the charm of the old stones. My accommodation is very well heated in winter, cool in summer, good for families and groups of friends.

Nice T2 ideally located 100 m from the molane gondola. Amazing view of the valley and private parking. Shuttle at the foot of the residence to go to praloup 1600. Grocery store,tobacco,and rental store at the bottom of the building .
