We spent a few days in Auxerre and this airbnb was perfect. Communication with Mary Anne was easy and the information was clear and accurate. The apartment is also located within walking distance of downtown!

I was on a monthly stay, from summer to winter. During check-in Flo greeted me and gave me clear instructions, I received the apartment impeccable, extremely clean and organized. It has everything you need for a long stay. Kitchen has all necessary utensils and equipment. The bed is comfortable, I have no complaints about it. Washer/dryer works fine During the summer it can be a little hot (but no more than in other apartments I visit, in the end it's summer) so just opening the windows cool the place. During the winter the heating worked smoothly and kept the apartment at a stable temperature. It has everything you need to keep the apartment clean and organized. Flo stayed attentive during my stay, asking if everything was good. I even had a situation with an appliance and it immediately gave me a solution. I recommend this apartment, especially for long stays and the host

The house is spacious, very well maintained and comfortable. The fireplace in the living room is a real plus. The kitchen and the bathroom are spacious. The rooms are cozy and well insulated from each other. The environment is very quiet. Gilles was very responsive and welcoming.

We decided to use an air bnb rather than a hotel room when travelling up from the south of France to travel on to the tunnel, so glad we did. The apartment was spotless, really well equipped and so spacious but then cozy too. Catherine was on hand to check us in and out. We had a lovely stay and would not hesitate to return, the location was perfect just a short walk into Troyes and 3.5 hours from Le Shuttle.

Spacious, quiet, except maybe a little traffic noise on the boulevard side but it's not inconvenient because the rooms are on the other side. The terrace, on the boulevard, remains very nice. The accommodation is impeccable and well-equipped. The first wooden houses in the city center of Troyes are 2 minutes walk away, so the apartment is very well located. Just follow the guidelines to the letter and it's easy to check in. In short, a very good address.
