place was as described. when we arrived check in was easy and the view out the window was good as well. would recommend others to stay here!

I had a wonderful stay at Inyoung's place! It was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for my needs. Inyoung was a great host: very friendly, quick to respond, and made communication super easy. I'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

The place was more spacious than I thought and you took good care of it, so it was very clean. It was close to the Beomgye commercial area, so it was easy to use transportation and convenience facilities, and I was able to relax comfortably like my own home. I had a good rest.

The accommodation is a small officetel located on the top floor of a 15 story building in the northern part of Suwon overlooking a buzzing street which for me was really relaxing. Also in the afternoon the sun beautifully shines through the window directly on the bed. It is just a 15min walk away from Ajou University where I needed to go. The place has all the amenities needed for a short- or even long-term stay. I was alone and had plenty of space. It will also be big enough for two persons but could get crammed at times. The building was a bit hard to find but that was probably on me for not being familiar with Korean addresses. I recommend inputting the original address in Hangul into Naver Maps.

First of all, the best bed I’ve ever slept in out of all the AirBnBs I’ve been to in Korea. We loved that there’s two pillows to choose from, one firm and one soft. We were only there for one night to pick up our rental car but I can see us coming back since the area has lots of good food places and so close to public transportation. Highly recommended place to stay!!

It was a studio apartment, but quite spacious, with a layout and furniture arrangement that conveniently separated the sleeping, relaxing, and dining areas. Being right next to Jeongja Station made it easy to use the subway, especially on cold days, and I liked that there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The surroundings were quiet and cozy, and the bedding was clean and soft, allowing for a good night's sleep.

태은 place was accesible from the subway, great restaurants. The place is clean, big enough for two to move around. A place to stay again.

It's the best. I came here because of Ijubyeon, but they took care of everything like this, and it was clean, and I don't think the amenities and transportation were good. Thank you!

Good value for the money

I always use it so well with my girlfriend and puppy. I think I'll use it because you always take good care of the bedding and bathroom in good condition. I'll use it again next time.

the place was spaceous and neat. there were many provided towels and tissues. many amentiies. 1 comment is the refrigirator as we are not able to use it due to a bit of smell. ( i think needs more cleaning) other than that, everything was perfect!! recommend it!

It was nice that it was a neat accommodation. I used it for 4 nights and 5 days without any discomfort, and there were outlet buildings nearby, and it was close to Daiso, so there was no inconvenience to shop. The house was warm enough that it was hot without heating. It was also really nice that the host was able to contact us right away about our inquiries. I plan to go to Seoul regularly, I plan to use it again in the future.

I stayed for a while because of my company commuting to work, and I was satisfied. Thank you for securing the parking space and taking care of us so much. I rested well at the accommodation after work in a quiet and comfortable atmosphere.

Easy to find location. Nearby restaurants or downtown Sangnoksu Station on foot. There is a public parking lot (free) and there is a long parking lot along the neighborhood park near the house, so you can park comfortably. The facilities are clean. The bathroom is clean. It was nice.

He was kind, the interior was pretty, and I was so happy.

Sunhee is a wonderful host! I arrived late in the evening and got a bit turned around as I had been awake for 24+ hours, but Sunhee was immediately responsive and told me exactly where to go and made sure I entered the unit fine. The unit is quiet with plenty of room, and the area is walkable. It is located inside the CGV Sanghyeon cinema building, and Sanghyeon station exit 3 is a few steps away from the building. The next time I am in the area for work, I will definitely be reaching out to stay again.

The location was great and Jooney was very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

It's close to the station, and the building and surrounding amenities are well equipped. The house was clean and well organized, and the host was very kind, so I was able to use it comfortably. I want to use it again if I get a chance.

The accommodation is cozy and has almost everything, so I'm satisfied even after a long-term residence. It is a great place with all the government offices on foot, and it is equipped with all the nearby restaurants and shopping malls.
