The apartment is very comfortable. The best thing is the location, very beautiful area and 3 blocks from the Costanera Center

Gerardo’s flat is in an area which is full of restaurants bars and it feels safe The flat itself was clean had all that anyone may need Most importantly a big bottle of water in the fridge but apart from that tea, coffee some small nibbles which are very important when you arrive late The flat has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a small veranda for breakfast. I loved the place and asked to book again but it was already booked Thank you for the hospitality

The Department is spacious and comfortable, it is located in a building complex in a quiet area near a very nice park, and a walking distance from the mall Parque arauco and public transportation. The apartment was clean and tidy, and Silvia was very friendly and helpful, she was able to accommodate us for two more days in another apartment when they changed our flight at the last minute, and we were able to leave our bags in a trunk until the time of going to the airport. I recommend it!

I really liked the apartment had everything. I like that it has a desk to work and that is quiet. What I didn't like was that the lock was not with key but with a single access key, we were two people with different schedules and that was uncomfortable. It could include shampoo, bath soap because it is uncomfortable when the stay is short to walk with that. The good thing is that it includes coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener and everything else in terms of home things like towels and sheets, also included trash bags, cleaning stuff and quite a bit of toilet paper which is appreciated . They also had the detail to leave a bottled water in this hot weather that detail is appreciated. The dpto is very well equipped. It was very clean. We will definitely be back here.

Flávio was extremely gentle and quick in communication as we got close to midnight and he was on standby in the AirBnB app to make sure we got well into the apartment. We travelled my husband and I and we love everything! The apartment delivers a beautiful view of the sunset of Santiago! The city centre is quiet and has everything we need for a quiet stay! We miss a slight black-out curtain because of the clarity, but nothing to hinder the stay!

A beautiful place to connect with nature and live the moment, the view is beautiful and the house is very cozy, the ideal pool for hot days and I recommend the rich artisan ice cream, it was a pleasant time with family I definitely didn't want to go 10/10

The house met all our expectations, it is second time that we stayed, and we will definitely come back for a third time if possible, everything is very clean and tidy, the pool is large and green areas very well cared for.
