I had a lovely stay there, the liftable bed was very convenient to have space to stretch and workout. It was well equiped so I could actually cook and have meals there.

They accommodate late check in. Check out was also smooth. Kudos to the host. Hoping to book again and enjoy the amenities of the unit and the building which we haven’t enjoyed much since we are out in the city.

Nice place. Complete utensils, appliance, kitchen ingredients for cooking even rice, toiletries and linens. All you need to bring is yourself ang your luggage. Almost everything is provided. Well recommended

The place was nice and beautiful. It was a great experience for us to stay in your place although we can hear the noise from the outside. The unit is big, spacious, clean, neat, and comfortable. One of the best airbnbs located in the city of Cebu. Cozy and comfortable, you have the whole second floor to yourself. And you are directly located on top of the best italian restaurant in the island. It's one of the most worth the price locations you could get 1 of the best areas to be around easy access to other places in the city. With a very authentic m stuff who also work in the restaurant that they're very helpfu. Being the only airbnb in that location. You do not have any neighbors so privacy is there and would consider it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay at a great price either by yourself or with your partner, Will definitely be staying here the next time I am back in Cebu.

I’m not exaggerating, and I don’t want to gatekeep this gem. I originally booked this unit, but it was listed on another platform for my dates. The host was incredibly responsive and offered me an alternative, "AptC19D near airport beach/pool access/WIFI 5-6pax," which was outstanding. The unit was cozy, spotless, and spacious, with a stunning balcony view where you can watch planes take off and admire the city lights at night. It had a fully equipped kitchen, a luxurious bathroom with a spotless bathtub, a comfortable living room with a big TV, and a cozy bedroom with a full window view of the city. The delightful scent of the place added to its charm. Although I didn’t stay in the original unit, the host’s professionalism and attention to detail make me confident it’s just as exceptional. I highly recommend booking with this host—it’s a true gem!

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the mountains and city skyline were a highlight—truly picture-perfect! The amenities were top-notch. We enjoyed the pool, gym, and even had fun in the billiard room. The jacuzzi was a relaxing treat after a day of exploring Cebu. The location was perfect for both relaxation and adventure. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless. This property exceeded all our expectations. I will definitely stay here again.

I'm from Korea and I stayed here with my kids. The kids said it was such a nice accommodation. Careful consideration such as air fryers, vacuums, and coffee machines in the accommodation stood out. I couldn't see any bugs like cockroaches or ants, and my communication with the host was great. Newtown Beach was also able to get there at an affordable price, and I was very impressed by the safe and convenient stores around me. I will definitely use it again next time.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property! The place was exactly as described and matched the pictures perfectly. It felt cozy and welcoming, just as we hoped. We encountered a minor issue with the sink, which prevented us from using it to wash dishes (I felt bad leaving them unwashed). However, the host was incredibly responsive and attentive to our concerns. It’s completely understandable that their maintenance staff wasn’t available due to the holiday. Despite this, our overall experience was wonderful, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the stay and the space. Highly recommend! 😊
