The listing was very centrally located near malls and food and great property for a friend’s gathering. It had everything as described up front - great for games, relaxing with a rooftop pool and all the required amenities. Tirawat was also a responsive host and catered to any of our needs throughout the stay. I would recommend this property!

It's best to be able to rent a single-family home at this price point. It's an old house, so you can't ask for perfect cleanliness, but it's well-maintained and has a lot of different charms. 1. First of all, you can experience local alleys in Thailand. Everyone was friendly. It's a little difficult to get to, but the staff personally met you, so it's not difficult to get there once you check in. 2. The old Thai house was remodeled with that feeling. It's a pity that it's old and creaks and the surrounding road noise comes in, but the air conditioner is cool and the water is really clean. I used the shower filter, but it was white until the day I came back. And the jacuzzi is the best. You can start and end the day very refreshingly. 3. If the host is friendly and informs you of the surrounding food and sightseeing, the response is very fast.

We had a wonderful stay- the location is excellent, the house is clean and very spacious (major plus for our family of 6)! We had a little difficulty finding the location- but Nam was very responsive. Highly recommend. We were in Bangkok during the earthquake- most people had to evacuate their buildings- it was nice to have a place to go during the commotion. Sending our prayers.

I used it as a place to stay for an employee trip! It was close to the main city center of Bangkok, and it was a short walk from the station, but I had a very relaxing stay in a spacious space! The housekeeper was also kind and accommodating, so we had a comfortable stay!Recommended!

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. Jenny has been of great help - replying instantly and yummy breakfasts that were delivered to us each morning made us feel very welcomed. Thank you Jenny. Wishing you all the best.

A perfect experience that deserves more than 5 stars! My family had an incredibly happy time during this trip. It was a special family trip to celebrate my mother-in-law's 70th birthday, and thanks to Nabil and Chang, it became even more memorable. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. My family enjoyed every moment at the swimming pool. The hosts thoughtfully prepared everything we needed for a barbecue, allowing us to cook and share meals together, creating warm and lasting memories. The welcome chocolates and letter were especially heartwarming after our late-night arrival, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture. What stood out the most was the hosts' exceptional support. Every time we needed assistance, they responded promptly, making our stay completely hassle-free. One memorable moment was when Nabil brought over their dog for a short visit—our kids absolutely loved it! The presence of the dog brought so much joy and added an extra warmth to our stay.

There's no problem with Airbnb in Thailand!! If you're coming with your family, I highly recommend Airbnb! The soundproofing wasn't great, but if you're coming with your family, you can understand. There are also many restaurants around the accommodation, so I hope you can stop by Kkotok!! This is a listing that satisfies J itself.

The house is clean and tide, located in a peaceful neighborhood, can walk to 7-11 nearby. Ballon is a warm-harted host who helps us to find the lost items and give them back to us.

The host was super nice, very responsive. We have an issue with small insects that she never experienced before, but she tried everything to fix this for us and check back with us every day. The house was nice, organized and clean without clutters. Ee enjoyed birds, fish and fruits from trees grown on her yard. mangoes were so sweet. I will definitely come back again to stay at this house next time, I visit Thailand.

Perfect, everything is good and well maintained. Room is clean and tidy, spacious for groups, great hospitality also very helpful. No complains.

Benyada's house is like an oasis of peace in the middle of the jungle of the city, beautiful, clean spacious, we felt at home in it and if we still go to Bangkok, we will definitely stay here again

We had a lovely stay at vasin's place. The host was very helpful and quick with responses. loved the whole house and it was perfect for a family of 8 including kids. will love to visit again and stay here. highly recommended.

House was extremely clean with fresh sheets and towels upon arrival. Host was very responsive throughout our stay and provided fuss free checkin. The location is slightly far from the convenience stores but it’s secluded with quiet surrounding and peaceful neighbors.

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. Perfect homestay, perfect, great in every way, the best homestay I've ever stayed in in Bangkok, or the most comfortable homestay I've ever stayed in.The cabinets at the bedside can charge your phone wirelessly, projection TV, massage chair, sauna, living room sofa also has a leg massager, garage, single family villa, 2 floors 4 bedrooms, latex mattresses, latex pillows, coffee machine water dispenser air purifier, dishwasher fan, 3 washrooms 2 kitchens, oversized living room and balcony, it really is a very comfortable Bangkok vacation house, five-star hotels are not here, Bangkok Five Star Hotel is more comfortable than Shanghai Beijing.The best homestay I have stayed in in Bangkok, the location is also very central, it is convenient to go anywhere, the key night is very quiet, I am most annoyed by the sound of Bangkok's motorcycles and tuk tukes.There is also a sweat room, really no hardware or software to say, the decoration materials are all good, the layout is also good, super breathable, and the facilities are particularly well equipped.All in all, I would like to bring my family or friends again, thank you host.

Location is excellent if you are traveling in a group of adults, if you are with children this might not be a good location. I have a group of kids age 4 to 8 years old so travelling out from a home must call grab, walking with kids to train almost impossible. After all, this is a nice place. Will book again with no kids on our next trip
