It can't get any better! Apartment great, location great, hostess great. She is really available at all times, quick response, very nice, friendly, helpful and take care. She solved every problem quickly, every wish she fulfilled as promptly as possible - incredible efforts she has always given herself. Nice place to stay ! Near MU

Renantes place is a little gem, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro to get to town, and its about 25 mins to the airport/train station. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are lovely the spare room has an ensuite, a couch a work space with a good work chair and a decent mattress on the floor ready to go so you can use it as a spare room or office. Renante was very helpful and easy to communicate great value for money. I'd definitely consider their place again if I have business that side of the city.

the apartment is ok, a bit noisy at night as wall and window are small and it's close to a big road. it's likely more to just have a sleeping place at night if you go outside everyday. if you stay in the room all day it might be very noisy. overally it did what it was supposed to do so I liked it

Mr Sirichai is a professor at Bangkok University and has his own photography studio. Here you can often meet many artists who are his friends and students. I reckon he is quite familiar with Bangkok, and can always arrange vehicles, tour guides, shopping, dining and massages for me. It is said that courses in latte art, photography and indigo will be provided in the future. That is what I really looking forward to come again.

This is such a unique place – a nature escape in the middle of the town. The house and the garden are very beautiful, and different kinds of birds each at its own hour make you forget you are in Bangkok – yet it is right in the cool neignborhood of Ari! I loved staying there and will come back. One thing I have to mention – there is no hot shower. I didn't know it is common in Thailand since it's so hot here, so I was upset at first. However, Santahn offered to install a temperary heater if hot water is crucial for me, but by that point I already realized I don't need it that much as the regular water have quite a comfortable temperature.

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

I loved it here. I wanted a place away from the hustle and bustle of the city (about 30-40 mins depending where you want to go and traffic), to relax and do nothing for a few days and this was it. Right by the canal with a terrace where you can enjoy the the day as it gets cooler into the night. I loved it here. I will most definitely come back again when I need peace and quiet.

Accomodation was great, it gives enough privacy and space. Place was clean and the aircon worked well. The check in was flexible and host was very responsive to messages. Internet connection was ok, just one thing needs to improve-You have to log in every time (on your floor's wifi connection) and if you change floors internet might stop, and then you have to log in for the ground floor. If I had an internet, then I would make a different way to log in, more easy one. I hope it changes in the future. Apart from that, everything was perfect.

The house is amazing, everything makes you feel like in an authentic house in Thailand, the neighborhood full of local people and very friendly, lots of tranquility, all full of very useful amenities, we were fortunate to go to a local fair in a nearby temple on the host's recommendation. Very nice sunrise by the river

We had a comfortable stay all throughout!

Our stay at Siri's place was great! apartment is clean with fully equipment we need. There's a small kitchen where we can cooked for meal. Also, had enough garbage bags, dishwashing liquid, and cleaning supplies. Everything is going well, but there's a small suggestion to change the curtains because the color is quite old and stained. Other than that, everything is great. The location it is convenient a few minute walk to MRT station, and Skytrain. Khun Siri and his family was very responsive and proactive. Highly recommended to stay kha :)

Clean and modern accommodation. Nice decor. The view from the room was great. And the rooftop is very nice! We will be back! A little extra for the convenience store present in the residence!

well cleaned and maintained place

Simply superb in a great location with access to transport, shops, restaurants and services within easy reach. Only 22 minutes by AirPort Express to Makassan station nearby with Phetchaburi MRT 5 minutes away & connections to BTS network. Canal boat pier behind the building offers more choice of travel & avoid notorious traffic. What made our stay memorable was Ramone’s kindness & consideration to make our stay very comfortable. Thank you.

Mayuree's apartment was our last of 10 accommodations during a 5 week trip around SEA and what a place to finish on. The decor, the space and the view are all absolutely fabulous!! Note: as some previous reviews mention there are sings warning against Air B&B stays at this property. This was also mentioned to us by the Host. We had no issues during our stay, just something to consider if this would make you feel uncomfortable. However...the location was spot on being super close to port and rail links. Mayuree was really responsive and gave some great recommendations. Our only regret was having to leave this gorgeous place. 😍

Clean place in a very good location, close to Subway stations and few coffee places around. Pool was super cool! With a stunning view overlooking the whole city. The only thing, building management could take care more about pool’s cleanliness as the glass around it its dirty and needs to be cleaned but this is not Host’s fault. Thip was very responsive and helped with everything. We had some issues with the toilet and he was willing to help us and showed interest to solve the problem.
