I am so happy that I selected this place. Sea view from apartment was just awesome. I got help or response from him whenever I knocked. Apartment was very clean and beautiful more than it shows in the pictures. I would definitely recommend this place 😊.

Very communicative and proactive manager. The apartment on the top 12th floor allows you to quickly get to the rooftop with a free swimming pool from which you can see both the port and the water. I saw k from the apartment is on the side of the yard and. Fully equipped above the standard. Recommend.

Spacious apartment facing the beach. It was nice to spend two nights in this cosy place before the early morning flight. The location is nice and it takes only max 15 minutes by taxi to the AirPort. Thank you for all the great advice and tips. We used the Avas taxi app and there were good restaurants at the Walking distance. The shower was great and the Washing machine so nice to use. We were finishing up a long trip and decided to stop in Male for some relaxation. My wife didn’t want to travel all the way to the Outer islands. She found a wonderful penthouse. It had a fantastic view of the ocean as well as a sauna and hot tub. We had the sun all day long for sunbathing. The deck had frosted glass pains surrounding the it for privacy. This was important because Sharia law is practiced on Male. Privacy is super important. The deck faced the ocean and as a result, there was always a cool breeze. The facilities were great. The bathrooms were newly renovated and a full kitchen was in place. The air conditioning was top-notch. We stayed up late binge watching Netflix on the largeTV in the living room. The beach was beautiful for long walks. There was a great restaurant on the fifth floor of the hotel that served tasty pizza as well as other dishes. The staff was very helpful. Ahmed was a fantastic host. We look forward to returning next year.

Ahmed was extremely responsive at all times and even came to help when there was an issue with the oven (which he immediately fixed). He also noticed that some things were missing and brought these to the apartment straight away. The apartment is clean and comfy although the area surrounding the block is being developed so it's quite noisy during the day with construction work. The pool and kids playroom facilities were useful for us!

Me and my friend had trouble finding the place because we were very tired and did not have internet all the time Sumeen came and picked us up from where we were. Very nice and professional host. Totally recomend!
