Very beautiful house! Whatever works coffee we hailed directly to and the boss took us directly to check in and it was really a step up!The boss was very welcoming and had a great chat! Our room is in the innermost, two floors, and the upstairs is shorter, if four people can stay upstairs. The room is very cozy, the space is large, and there is no problem with two people staying at all. The coffee is also delicious!Awesome! Only stayed one day this time and will stay again next time!

stayed here twice. A great house for a family of 6 with a toddler. Location is around 15 minutes to the airport, a great place to stay for transit house. Responsive & helpful host.

great place and perfect for those who wants the silence

me and my friends did had a great time at this place. the only complaint that we had is too many ants and i wish the tv was bigger. i think the tv was 12 inch or so. but its Just too small. other than that it was ok.

Great room. Comfy area and plenty of space

It's a nice cozy place to stay and nearby to all tourist attractions including resturents and supermarket. Loved the stay.

Communication with host is superb, she is really responsive and allow big group of us to stay which is including 6 children. Host allow us for early check in, really appreciate that since i am driving from outside Kuala Lumpur. House is clean, comfortable for our group, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine etc. View is outstanding which balcony faced directly to KLCC and Saloma bridge. Two of the bedroom also spacious, and faced directly to KLCC twin tower as well. Location wise, LRT Station located next to the building, conveniently connect us directly to Kuala Lumpur public transport system. There are lot of groceries, convenience store and eateries nearby within walking distance such as nasi lemak wanjo and gerbang kampung baru dining street. In overall, I’m really recommend this place.

Beth was an amazing host to us! She made sure to answer all doubts/questions promptly. The place is really really beautiful and worth every penny you pay. Special call out for the beautiful deck overlooking the pool, and the extremely clean Bali vibe toilets! They even have warmers for the toilets which is my first ever experience in Malaysia. Overall, the home is extremely cozy, and fits 4-5 people very very comfortably- it gives off almost Japan homely vibe. Only thing is that the home is located in a neighbourhood or “taman’, so you have neighbours all around you, even from above that is able to see into the pool area( but it wasnt a problem for us ):).

It was a beautiful place to stay, as a retreat from the city while still being in the city.

The stay was great just that it’s a bit noisy because it’s close to highway and also train track. But other then that it’s all good

Villa 969 is very spacious, the bedroom can occupied quite numbers of people. Me and family really enjoyed with our stay. The kids rwaly loved the pools. Overall, really satisfied with my stay. Thanks

We had a wonderful stay at this classic Malay home! The house had an authentic, cozy feel that gave us a true taste of local culture. The coffee shop right in front was a perfect spot for a morning pick-me-up. Our hosts went above and beyond to help us, even finding us a bus to Johor Bahru and sharing lots of great local recommendations. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience real Malaysian hospitality!
