There are 5 rooms on three floors, which is great for two or three families.It is well renovated, very new, hygienic, clean, bright and comfortable.The host was very responsive and patient.5 minutes walk to 7-11, about 2.5 km to the nearest BTS station, it is also very convenient to provide free BTS pick-up once a day, free airport pick-up is available, and the phone from the airport can be ordered.Overall, very recommended.

My stay at this apartment in Bangkok was truly outstanding! The space felt like a perfect blend of comfort and style, with a clean and modern design that made it easy to relax. From the plush king-size bed to the spacious living area with its cozy sofa and large dining table, every detail seemed carefully considered. Adding two TVs with Netflix and complimentary snacks made downtime feel like a treat. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short walk to the BTS—making exploring Bangkok’s vibrant neighbourhood easy. Despite its central location, the apartment offered a peaceful escape, especially with its private balcony and garden area. The host’s hospitality stood out the most. Thoughtful touches, like complimentary cleaning for longer stays and well-stocked kitchen supplies, made me feel cared for throughout. This place offers a stay and an experience of comfort and convenience. I couldn’t recommend it more highly! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

Shirley was a fantastic host! She went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I felt safe and right at home. Shirley was in constant communication with me and even picked us from the airport. The place was clean and had everything we needed, I would highly recommend staying here.

I had a fantastic stay at this place! The location was perfectly convenient with just a 1 minute walk to St Louis BTS and only a few stops to Siam. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making the entire process stress-free. They were also very accommodating with check-in, allowing for flexibility, which was much appreciated. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a great stay. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great location if you want to be close enough to the main shopping area of Sukhumvit without being right on the main street. Plenty of local restaurants and street vendors within walking distance of the house. House itself was spacious and very clean. Host was super responsive with the few little issues we had - overall very satisfied.

The staff at this modern guesthouse were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The room was very comfortable except the little sofa! We also enjoyed the poolside breakfast and loved the convenient location close to Soi Rubia morning market with a of bustling street food. The pool area is at times annoyingly crowded with children who shout or laugh easily.
