Holiday houses in Ballyhillion

Thanks Lorna for sharing your beautiful house with us. It really was a home from home with everything you could possibly need. Great location and just a short walk along the promenade into town. Lorna left some lovely treats for our arrival and was very helpful during our stay. The Antrim coast is stunning and would recommend Lorna’s home as a base to explore. The house was exactly as described and shown in the photos, a great place for a family of 6 or 7. Communication with Yvonne was excellent and very helpful. We visit portballintrae regularly and this house was perfect for our stay. Thx Yvonne !

I cannot recommend Deirdre’s place enough! Deirdre, in true Donegal style, was so welcoming! A beautiful, clean, spacious house where our dogs were welcome. We had freshly baked scones by Deirdre for breakfast (to die for), plenty of food, fresh towels and bed linen plus spectacular views of Muckish mountain. Deirdre was a first class host. A home from home. We will definitely be back.

Had a wonderful stay. It was the perfect place to leave the business of life behind for a weekend. We got good weather too which made it even better. The house is beautiful, clean, cute and cozy. Had to duck around upstairs as the ceiling isn’t that high but that wasn’t a problem, made it more fun🤣. The parking area is small enough but reversing in made it easy to get in and out of the parking. Lovely hosts. Very kind and friendly and active in ensuring we had a great weekend. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet calm peaceful getaway.

Patrick is a super host. Excellent communication from host. This place is spotless, cosy , warm, fantastic location and breathtaking views. House has everything you could need or wish for. Complimentary goodies on arrival, lovely bath and shower products, scrumptious bedding and towels. Patrick’s place exceeded my expectations far and above. Simply fantastic. My partner and I felt completely rejuvenated after our stay here! An amazing stay and an even better host, Arthur was so welcoming and helpful, we felt right at home from the minute we arrived! The place was emulate I couldn’t fault it all! Arthur had the hot tub ready for us in the evening and it was a fantastic night spent relaxing and replenishing! 10/10 would recommended and we will defiantly return again!!

It was the perfect place to stay. Private. Quiet. Peaceful with outstanding views of the sea. The house is quite high tech; underfloor heating, electric closing and opening curtains, lights with all kinds of settings. The place is open plan, spacious. There is a large log fire which adds ambiance and warmth. Bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable. Laundry facilities excellent. Beach just beside the house. Outstanding areas for walks. Highly recommend this premises.

Stunning location and beautiful house with a lovely view. Cecil and Erin were fabulous hosts and we felt very welcomed. Everything was super clean and the comfiest beds we have ever slept in. Will definitely be back soon.

We based ourselves here for a week to explore this part of Donnegal. The house is in a very peaceful location and Has generous sized accommodation. It has a well equipped kitchen. It has good quality bathrooms. AnneMarie was very responsive and helpful.
