Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Ballenstedt

We were able to experience a very cozy & relaxed winter time with our 6 children in the house. There are enough retreat rooms for everyone & at the same time enough space to play together, etc. The house/place are ideally located for excursions in the area (swimming/fun pool in 15 minutes, treetop trail plus great museum for children, several small discovery trails & much more). There is a brilliantly designed & huge playground 3 minutes from the house. Our children also want to come back again! The whole framework was more than consistent for us.

An all-round successful booking! Although pets are allowed, there was no hair or the like in the house. The cleaner can feel tapped on the shoulder: Everything was very clean and well maintained. The fireplace worked great and the kitchen was above average well stocked. There was plenty of room to live in, and we also found many games that sweetened our children's evening hours. Finally, we found it very pleasant and relieving in every way that each of the 3 floors had its own toilet. We really enjoyed the time in Lonau! Small special feature on the edge: In the village, there is a mini golf course, which can be played free of charge. The highlight is that everyone can borrow a racket, balls and a game plan from a large storage box for free!

We had a wonderful stay in Christiane's cottage. Everything is available, we didn't miss anything. The location is also perfect. Thanks again.

We felt very comfortable in this house. The kitchen was well equipped and there was enough room for everyone. Also, the house was sparkling clean. The only small downside: The floorboards in the house are very old and therefore creak at every step. But this is the case with old houses.

All impeccable and as described. Had a great white winter weekend for 8th and with child :)

We were able to spend a really very nice WE with friends in the house. Due to the beautiful weather, we were also able to explore the surrounding mountains of the Harz Mountains. The garden or terrace also looked very inviting, but was not suitable for us to linger due to the season.

The cottage was extremely child friendly. There was plenty of space to play, a safe environment and child-friendly amenities that made the stay very pleasant. The cleanliness was also excellent – all rooms were well maintained and tidy. We felt completely comfortable and would definitely recommend the cottage!

We felt very comfortable in René's cottage! Everything was as new and there was really no wish left unfulfilled!!! On top of that, the Harz is a very nice holiday area with beautiful old towns. We especially liked the nearby Goslar!!! Last but not least, the snow important for a winter vacation was not missing. In short, we can fully recommend René's cottage Eulenspiegel and will definitely come back again!!! Ralf Graupner

There are actually 10 stars to give. You feel right at home, it's all there as described. Very lovingly decorated, very clean, there is absolutely nothing to fault. There were even fresh tulips on the table, just with love in detail. A parking spot under the carport was also there for us. Absolute recommendation from us. Thank you for a great stay.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. It is very modern and tastefully decorated, is very quiet and you can get to the center of town very quickly. The many candles and string lights have once more contributed to the feel-good atmosphere. If you want to explore the Harz and still love sauna and swim (many spas nearby), Liane is the best place.

We had a wonderful time at Kerstin's apartment in Duderstadt. The location of the apartment is optimal, the city center can be reached in a few minutes of walk. The apartment itself is very nice and absolutely clean. Outstanding is Kerstin's hospitality: fruit on the dining table, coffee beans, butter, milk, rolls - what a great welcome! In line with the turn of the year, there was even a miracle candle for each of us. You can just feel comfortable there! Thank you so much for the effort, Kerstin!

We spent 3 nights and we felt right at home. It was a great place to stay.

It is a great apartment that is stylishly furnished. The crystal spa is very close and easily accessible on foot. Hosts are friendly and quick to respond.

We stayed in this accommodation for the second time and felt comfortable again right away. The spacious bedroom with old-build arms has built-in wardrobes and a book rack to browse. There is nothing missing in the kitchen for cooking and cozy food. We will be happy to spend our trips to the Harz Mountains again and again. Great hosts, great location.

We spent our Christmas holiday in the apartment. It's really great. The ambiance is very harmonious. The kitchen is well equiped for the size of the apartment and is very usable. The lighting of the apartment and the balcony is very atmospheric. Very convenient is the parking lot at the front door. We had a nice holiday in the apartment and would be happy to come back.

We had the pleasure of spending a few days in this beautiful chalet in the Harz. The accommodation is not only cozy, but also tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The view is fantastic and the location perfect to explore the Harz.

Thomas is an incredibly dear host! He is very knowledgeable locally and is willing to share something about Worbis, the surrounding area as well as opportunities on site. Thomas rents out of passion and wants to make his guests' stay as comfortable as possible. You can tell at every corner!

We spent the weekend in Maja's apartment. Nice and clean, cozy, great kitchen and nice bathroom! :)

Great top-level apartment for families or a group. The kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, spices, etc. The living room is VERY spacious and also had lots of kids toys. Recommend a car to visit Goslar or surrounding towns, but there is a bus. Baby/Toddler friendly with high chair, step stool, baby bathtub, plastic dishes, and so on.

We had a lovely family weekend in this apartment where nothing was missing. Great amenities, spacious with 6 people and cozy. Everything within walking distance. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again the next time we visit Goslar.

i had a few very nice days in the mountains, the apartment was as described Robert was extremely friendly. I felt very welcome. Only as information the stairs to the appatmet up is very steep. The small holiday apartment is great for a person with several people I could imagine that it will also be very tight for us the window door to the bathroom could also be problematic. As a single guest, I can't complain about anything about it. It was beautiful with you.

Overall great stay! Our unique point about not fully satisfaction was the fact of needing to bring our own bed sheets (in our case, our sheets does not fit well to the flat’s bed), so providing towels, sheets and blanket cover would be the best. In case you want it, you need to pay 20€ per person, and this price we understand that is very expensive for something that in general is expected to have included on the stay. The rest, all amazing: place, location, organization, communication and amazing flat!
