Wonderful peaceful location, with beautiful gardens, and rustic character.

From booking to checkout Kelly and Romney were super helpful and responsive. The place was tidy, thoughtfully stocked and presented.

My partner and I had an amazing, peaceful stay at Tiny Away! The tiny home itself was lovely and had great use of space, not to mention an efficiently working aircon as it was a really hot day. The 5 star nature view really was the cherry on top, especially to wake up to. Thank you, we will definitely be back again in the future 😊

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Catherine’s place and it is a sheer delight. Perfect position to explore the best of Ballarat and a beautifully presented place to relax and feel at home. Couldn’t rate it highly enough.

Cheap and cheerful. Pretty much 5 minutes to all our destinations. Hardly noticed the trains. Inside is beautifully styled with a few bonuses like toys for kids and board games . Has aircon and heater. We would definitely stay again.

We had a fabulous weekend at Azidene and would highly recommend it! David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the private garden setting and the proximity to everything.

Had a wonderful stay, the place was everything as described, spacious, very clean and well equipped with everything you need, and we especially liked that it was so close to Lake Daylesford. The balcony backed out onto the lake and was the prefect spot to relax and watch the sunset. Something to note for anyone with mobility issues, this suite (3) can only be accessed by a slightly steep flight of stairs which proved to be a little difficult for my elderly mum, would’ve have been great if this was included in the details beforehand. There also seemed a slight problem with toilet seat (wasn’t fitted properly) and some information contained in the ‘information file’ in the suite contradicted with the details (check-out times) that was provided. However overall, we had a fabulous stay, it is a gorgeous place and would definitely recommend!

A well-appointed and comfortable apartment a stone’s throw from the lake in Ballarat. The property is within walking distance of some fine cafes (we particularly enjoyed Webster’s Market & Cafe) whilst the city centre is a short car trip away. The apartment was ideal for our purposes: a short stay in Ballarat to participate in a cycling event starting from Lake Wendouree. Jessica was an excellent host; she gave clear instructions and responded to questions quickly. Highly recommended.

We had a great time in Ballarat. The unit was beautiful inside and the courtyard was great size. Jess was amazing and she told us all we needed to know. Only thing is instructions on how to lock the door when you went out. But that was extremely minimal. Perfect proximity for us as it was only short drives to everywhere around Ballarat and where we went. If we come back to Ballarat we e definitely will keep this place in mind. Thanks Jess and Craig.

Absolutely beautiful little weekend getaway for two couples and a dog. Great kitchen, separate sleeping spaces and the views out of the lounge over the dam were magnificent.

Don't hesitate, this place is in a perfect spot. Linda is amazing to deal with, so responsive and happy to share her knowledge of the area. The house is spotless. . . . actually spotless super clean and super homely, would definitely stay here again, very easy to access and lock up at the end. Easily the best place I have stayed

My friend and I stayed here for a girls weekend away from our husband and kids. The house was stunning and clean. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were super nice with lovely shower heads for a relaxing shower. Check-in was super easy and communication A+. We absolutely recommend staying here if you're in the area, and will be back!

Great location easy walk to the main area. Only a small house, but served our needs. Even though it was a cold weekend, the heating was able to get the house warm. Would stay again!

Enjoyed a mini getaway with my kelpie. Bidwell cottage is an excellent option in Daylesford, with a short walk down the road to the lake and many walking tracks around the area. The cottage is very comfortable, well furnished and lovely homely decor and interior design. Highly recommend and will definitely be back ! Thanks Andrew and Anthony

Me and my partner loved the stay, very peaceful getaway. We really appreciated the amount of silence and fresh air in the area, highly recommend for couples and small families that just need a break. Would definitely come back again!

Wow! What an absolutely gorgeous place. My partner and I stayed at Janine and Alan's place on the weekend. We were absolutely blown away by how beautiful and clean the property was. Janine's meticulous attention to detail was admirable. We were celebrating my partner's birthday and Janine kindly organised private experiences for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. Janine's communication was great and she was very flexible and accommodating with our requests. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!
