Beach house holiday rentals in Bali

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

It is my second time coming with my family from Singapore. Perfect gateways, the villa is beautiful . Beautiful breakfast & massages in the villas. My 2 teenagers loved it as we can in a walkable distance go to surf. I definitively recommend

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

We had the most amazing lovely experience! The staff was all so sweet and accommodating. We asked to have a sunset dinner on the beach and they put together the most beautiful table right on the beach and cooked the best food we had our whole trip! Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

We had a fantastic stay at this villa! It was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed. The outdoor space and views were stunning, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy the volcano view . Made was a wonderful host—friendly and responsive! Highly recommend!

Beautiful view, unique location with a few warungs and bars around. Place was clean, tidy and as described. Would stay again. Mega was a very responsive host and Aris made the check in process so convenient, even offering to help with our luggage down the stairs. Overall fantastic view and loved our stay - just be prepared for the stairs!

An absolutely amazing place to escape the crowds of Bali. My family and I spent four amazing nights at Jane's place near Pemuteran. We had plans to do several day activities, but we found it hard to leave the luxury of the place from the comfortable rooms, to the amazing grounds, the wonderful pool, and relaxing on the deck overlooking the beach and sea. The staff were glorious, providing us with wonderful meals and arranging activities when we could pry ourselves away from the place. If we manage to make it to Bali again, I would be remised if we didn't make it back to this wonderful place. Thank you to all for the amazing memory!

Absolutely wonderful place, and great community! The villa is much more beautiful than it's shown on the pictures. Everything is clean and fresh, you've got everything you need. One of the best places on Bali. Very quiet and private. Communication with John and Made was easy, and very professional. Putu is just great! We felt very comfortable and couldn't wish for a better haven. 10/10!

This place is beyond awesome!! the photos don't do it justice. So well laid out, so great for families and groups. Has the perfect mix of privacy for each room with great sized rooms and individual ensuites, yet still a social villa with the communal areas. Will 100% come back again to stay. close to everything, yet feels like you are on an island behind the walls. The hosts are fantastic and do a wonderful job. Thank you to all the team for the amazing stay!

Family Nest is an exceptional place to stay at. We will definitely stay here again. Family friendly, kid friendly, wonderful team and exactly what we were expecting. Once stage 2 and other facilities are completed we know the place will be a go to villa for families.

Great stay, hosts where really responsive at all hours and extremely helpful. We where accommodated really well. Cleaning was done everyday. Location was ok!

The villa was even more beautiful than in the photos. The decor was truly incredible. The pool was the perfect size—just ideal. The service was also impeccable—very kind and always available. The surrounding area has everything you need: restaurants, spas, and shopping, all within walking distance, which was really convenient. We were also close to some of the most famous restaurants in the region. I would definitely go back and highly recommend this place!

This is such a wonderful villa. Looks exactly like the photos and is even bigger in person. The pool is large and the pool nook was a great place to hang out. The villa was very clean and housekeeping was provided to us everyday. The location was incredible. Walking distance to our fav brunch place Copenhagen and continuing past that is all the shops. Very easy to get grab or gojeks from. Our host was extremely helpful and responded very quickly. Will definitely stay again. I could not recommend this villa more 🤩🤩🤩

Very helpful and friendly team at Bali Cosy, very close to great restaurants and great shopping. Nice peacefull villas with everything you need including a pool and jacuzzi. Will definately stay there again 😊😊

Was very nice place, very friendly

it's was a absolute pleasure to stay here! the host organised us to be picked up from the airport making it so much easier on arrival! the villa is beautiful and felt very relaxing to be there, it just a walk to the beach or the main area for food and drinks. wish we could of stayed longer but will definitely be coming back here!

There were two of us as a couple with baby in the villa for 9 nights. The villa is really very nice, has enough space and is equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness was outstanding, which was mainly due to Kadek, the pearl of the house. We have also booked breakfast, which we can recommend to anyone who wants to start the day relaxed. Kadek prepared everything we wanted at our desired time. She then cleaned the whole house very thoroughly. Kadek took great care of us and made the stay very wonderful for us. We would definitely come back.

I had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and very comfortable. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities made it feel like a home away from home. Everything was well-maintained, and I appreciated how seamless the check-in and check-out process was. The staff is great and assisting with everything. A special mention to Tan, who was incredibly helpful and made sure everything was perfect during my stay. His friendly and professional approach added a great touch to the experience.
