Beach house holiday rentals in Bali

Perfect stay on a secluded beach. The team really catered to everything we needed during our stay. Glad we were some of the first to enjoy this place. Be sure to add the massage!

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Our family of 6 adults had the best stay at the Villa - the beachfront aspect with swimming directly out front and in the pool was great. It is very remote - no nearby restaurants to walk to - the location is completely different to what it shows you if you click on show location in the airbnb map - it places the Villa to the north of Lovina dolphin tours behind Pepito supermarket, where we thought we could walk next door to a hotel for cocktails. A driver to take us there was $20-30, so bear that in mind. Once we rearranged our mindset, we had an exceptional experience - great for family bonding with meals and games around the long outside table. Komang the housekeeper was brilliant and cooked meals for us every night from a menu - something I didn’t know was available beforehand but was extremely grateful for when I discovered we weren’t next door to the above mentioned supermarket or hotel restaurants. She also arranged for 2 massage ladies to come daily - brilliant!

We had the most amazing lovely experience! The staff was all so sweet and accommodating. We asked to have a sunset dinner on the beach and they put together the most beautiful table right on the beach and cooked the best food we had our whole trip! Couldn’t recommend this experience enough!

Spacious villa with a pool. The pool is clean. Each bedroom has en-suite outdoor bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the ACs works well. The living room/kitchen has a portable fan, a small sofa and a dining table. It is not the most ‘cosy’ and well laid-out living room I have been, but it may just work as a place to get family/group to sit down to have a meal together. Going in and out of the villa can be challenging if you bring your own car and you’re not used to drive on a small lane in Bali. Using scooters to go around Melasti/Amed will be much easier. Good Stuff cafe nearby has excellent fresh and delicious food/coffee.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Anything we needed they would sort out for us. Would definitely stay again! Great value for money

Big confy bed with plenty of comfy pillows. Air con was cold which is great for bali. Villa is located in the southern end of Sanur so very quiet peaceful area. First time staying in bali that I wasn't woken by a choir or roosters at 530am. Bathrooms are large and water pressure is the best I've experienced staying in bali. Will stay again.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely great. Was clean and fresh and a nice size. The private pool is a bonus to cool off in the balmy days. The host was friendly and helpful and available. The locality isn't the best. While close to the beach one has to walk past lots of run down dilapidated buildings which isn't pleasant

This villa is beautiful, we felt right at home as soon as we walked through the gate. Great location, on the edge of Legian and Seminyak in a lane way off Jalan Legian, it’s a dead end so no passing traffic meaning it’s so peaceful. Villa is fully serviced so house manger, cleaning staff, gardener and pool man. This means the villa was spotless and we felt so well cared for. Truly a 10 out of 10 experience, thanks so much, we will be back

We had a lovely stay at this place. We stayed for four nights and had a relaxing time. Well kept pool and lovely plants. The bathroom was clean and the beds are comfy. So many good restaurants around the area and walkable distance to FINNS beach club. Will definitely come back! Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved everything about our stay! The villa was beautiful (we stayed in 2KT), and the pool was fantastic for cooling down. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived late at night, and check-in was handled perfectly! Our 4-year-old daughter had an amazing time enjoying the indoor playground, the forest play hut, and swimming every day. We would definitely recommend this place!

Great stay, hosts where really responsive at all hours and extremely helpful. We where accommodated really well. Cleaning was done everyday. Location was ok!

Villa Betutu is an amazing place to stay. We were a group of 3 couples and we had the Villa to ourselves. It is a secluded paradise down the end of a lane way but also close to Sanur beach and restaurants. We had our own pool and a fully contained kitchen which was very useful seeing we were staying on Nepyi day. The little touches all around the Villa down to the most beautiful smelling toiletries in all the bathrooms, the best beach towels and wonderful staff made our stay wonderful. Chris is a great host very responsive and gave us tips on places to eat in the area. Look forward to staying again down the track.

What a dream place Wish we could have stayed longer Bed was so comfortable, the whole villa is just gorgeous Santhi was also really helpful. I booked another villa from them for the last 2 days and they arranged our luggage and everything. Really great!

Very helpful and friendly team at Bali Cosy, very close to great restaurants and great shopping. Nice peacefull villas with everything you need including a pool and jacuzzi. Will definately stay there again 😊😊

Absolutely perfect place to stay, very short walk down the road to the beach, plenty of lovely restaurants, bars and shops! Made was also very responsive to any questions and kept us updated on what was going on in Canggu. The villa itself was spotless, bathrooms were lovely and the air con in the bedrooms was amazing. Nice big comfortable beds in all of the three of the bedrooms too. Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay for the price! Will definitely return to this one!

Stayed at the villa it was amazing! The villa is super cozy, with a private pool and a beautiful garden—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is great, close to everything but still peaceful. Definitely coming back!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay. The initial contact with Karl was professional and smooth. The villa has a manager named Made who was outstanding. Made really provided a 5-star service with everything from booking trips, helping out with visa extension application process and providing information. My experience is that extra ordinary service is when you someone thinks about the small things you forget, without having to ask or check up. Taking a holistic view. Made had a proactive approach, thought about and planned everything before we had to asked him. That is for us what 5-star service is all about. The Villa is big, specious and accurate to what the pictures. If I should bring up anything on the more negative side it would be that we traveled with small children and would have liked to make use of the patio by the pool. However due to the mosquitos this was not possible. Could be that the mosquitos was a result of the rainy season (March) when we stayed at the Villa and that this is not a problem during the rest of the year.

There were two of us as a couple with a baby in the villa for 9 nights. The villa is really very nice, has enough space and is equipped with everything you need. The cleanliness was excellent, which was mainly due to Kadek, the pearl of the house. We also booked breakfast, which we can recommend to anyone who wants to start the day relaxed. Kadek prepared everything we wanted for us at our desired time. She then cleaned the whole house very thoroughly. Kadek took good care of us and thus made the stay very pleasant for us. We would definitely come back.

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.
