Great house in Wrightsville Beach! Close to everything - bars, restaurants and the beach. The house is very comfortable and has everything you’d need. Would stay again!

I can’t tell you enough great things about our stay. We stayed a week for our annual family vacation and it definitely ranks number 1 in best trips. The house had the right amount of space. We felt at home and it was so welcoming for our dogs as well. I forgot dog bowls of all things but there were some there to use. The game area was well used by our adult kids lol. The neighborhood was nice and it is close to everything. I look forward to staying again soon.

We loved our stay at this clean, quiet, and comfortable bungalow just a stone's throw from UNCW. Self check in was a breeze. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The beds were comfortable and the whole home was pristine. James was quick to respond to questions. We'll stay again the next time we're in Wilmington!

I had a fantastic stay here in Wilmington. It was gorgeous, extremely walkable, and overall just a beautiful home. The hosts were extremely nice, respectful, and responded quickly. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Great location with just what you need for a few nights at the beach! It's only a few blocks from everything in CB but on a quiet residential street so you can get your rest. Easy parking right in front of the house too. The place is pretty basic but the point of going to the beach is to be outside anyway! It's the perfect place to come back to after tiring out the dogs at the state park or Freeman Park.

Bob gave us great recommendations for everything to do while in Wilmington. We have been to this area a few times over the last three years, however this time we went to new restaurants and sightseeing which were all walkable from this central location. We only used our rental car three times over the course of four days. Two of those times were to get to and from ILM airport. The sunsets were not to miss from the balcony and Bob’s hospitality was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful getaway and visit with our daughter.

Great spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. Right on the river walk and within walking distance of plenty of shops and places to eat!

The Loft was the perfect spot for a solo weekend getaway. The charming front deck was ideal for enjoying coffee and reading in the morning. It's just a short walk to the nearest beach entrance and conveniently close to everything you might need during your trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location that provides easy walkable access to everything old downtown wilmington has to offer. cozy and private spot within little grouping of apartments in building. slight awareness for weekend noise from bar next door but its very subtle so did not bother us really. Ideal spot for a weekend stay in downtown wilmington.

Wonderful long weekend in Wilmington! Rachel's rental is a great location to enjoy all downtown has to offer. And oh, the unit itself was outstanding! It is exactly as described, yet felt even more inviting in person. Yes, it is on the petite side, but for just two people it was perfect. We did not use the kitchen (too many great restaurants to visit), but the rest of the unit exceeded our expectations. The sofa is actually so comfortable - description does not specify this but both sides recline. The bathroom was super nice, huge shower with great water pressure. The bed is a little on the firm side, but that's a personal preference. The building is very secure with the security code to get in the lobby and another to get in the unit. Unit door can be a little funny to close, but we got the hang of it. Had no problem, unloading or loading, and the parking garage is only a couple of blocks away. Just hold the parking pass up near your review mirror. We will be back - thank you Rachel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Harry's place. The accommodations were just as described. The room was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful and a short walk to the Riverwalk. Harry was very responsive. We will definitely book with Harry next time we ae in the Wilmington area.

Enjoyed the stay at Denise's place. Central location not far from boardwalk or restaurants. Denise was very responsive and informative.

Wendy's place was great for a brief vacation. The apartment was walking distance from the beach, peaceful and clean. The ocean is visible from the living room. Wendy was very responsive to inquiries.

Cam is an AMAZING HOSTESS! She was extremely accommodating, responsive and very flexible and generous offering early check-in (because property was unoccupied the night before check in) and late check out (because unit wasn’t booked with winter storm moving in). She is the BEST! The unit itself was fantastic ! It is the coolest (BEST) Air B& B I’ve stayed in! Location! Furnishings! Stylish but comfortable! They really thought of EVERYTHING! Throw blankets on couch to snuggle in for movie, ear plugs and sound machines ( if you are sensitive to the music from the landmark bar located below) … frankly didn’t bother me a bit … in fact music was so good I went downstairs for a drink because I was enjoying the wide variety of tunes so much! Genuinely an amazing stay … the master bedroom bedding … I’ve had 4-back surgeries and had THE BEST NIGHTS SLEEP I’ve had since I can’t remember when! I shared this with her and she replied with screen shots of actual bedding from Amazon! FIRST CLASS!

Absolutely amazing stay at the beach. Condo was perfect and had all the essentials. Instructions were clear and the guide inside was helpful. Host was very responsive. Great parking and felt safe. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do.

We really enjoyed our stay here and had a great time! it was my boyfriends first time in Southport and he was impressed. The location was a nice walk to downtown and you could walk along the water line. The beach at the condo was nice and provided great views of the sunrise. The hosts showed attention to detail and you could tell they thought of ways to elevate the experience! I would definitely return to this location!

You can practically fall off your balcony into the ocean at this place! The host was proactive, helpful, responsive, and a joy to work with. The place was clean as clean can be. Parking was awesome and the linens were clean and I loved the extra soooooper soft blankey on the bed.

This was a great place to stay! I looked up many places on CB and this was definitely the best. The view is amazing and it is right beside the drive able beach for 4WD vehicles. The Airbnb was spotless and we can’t thank Chris enough for being a great host!
