Beach condo holiday rentals in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

This rental was absolutely amazing. The location couldn't have been more perfect for us - situated close to the middle of the peninsula, making walking in either direction a reasonable walk distance-wise. This rental is much closer to both the beach, and the harbor, than you would think from the photos. The house is in pristine condition...it all seems brand new. Not a speck of dust to be found. The unit even smells like a new-build. There are NO odors in the house...no horrible sprays or anything like that. Just fresh. The linens were lovely (I wish I knew where the bed coverlet is from, I want it for home!), and the bed (split-King) and pillows were wonderful. My husband is a "problem sleeper", and he slept straight through every single night, waking up feeling like a new man! Despite the people upstairs being a little noisy, the house is truly a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back!

this place was perfect for weekend for 2. we loved the location and were able to find free street parking (be willing to hunt). it was extremely clean and Leila was so responsive. We highly recommend!

it was a fantastic stay, ideal location, nice and clean apartment, very spacious, beautiful views everywhere you look. 2 spacious parking facilities. It was also important that the beds were comfortable! We were with 2 children aged 5 and 10 years old, the location was ideal, right between the harbor and the sea, near the pier. Everything within a very short walking distance. We would absolutely recommend this apartment. It is also fully equipped. The host responds very quickly to questions and is very helpful.

I loved my stay in Long Beach. Nico has a very nice home, it is just as pictures. I was in town for a conference at the Convention Center and the walk was with-in 5-8mins, restaurants, Boardwalk and more at your finger tips. Nico's home was the perfect spot to have comfort and easy of accesso to the city and him being a very responsive and kind host made it even better.

Great place to stay. This house is located in a perfect location. Easy to walk to everything. We would definitely return. Pros: very clean and very easy to work with. Linens were clean and furniture is new and comfortable. The office staff is friendly and quick to respond to questions. The house, parking and entrance are in a safe location and well lit.

Place was clean, check in was smooth, host communicated clearly. Location is great for the LB convention center probably less than a 10 min walk. There’s restaurants around or a Vons that 2 blocks away if you want to cook. Place is cute and cozy. Would book here again.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely condo in Newport Beach! We were greeted with a refreshing breezy ocean air that set the tone for a relaxing vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured, beautifully maintained, and provided everything we needed for a perfect getaway. One of the highlights was the location - we enjoyed walking to nearby restaurants and ice cream shops, and spent our days kayaking around Balboa Island and biking up and down the path on the Balboa Peninsula. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we had restful nights. The ceiling fans were a great addition, keeping us cool during the night, and the windows were easy to open, allowing the cool ocean air to flow through the condo. We also made good use of the grill for a delightful dinner one night, and found the kitchen to be fully stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were spotless and the showers were wonderful. Overall, this condo exceeded our expectations in every way. We can't wait to return!

Lovely stay. Pictures on the listing matched perfectly. The apartment was easy to find and Susana’s instructions made it very easy to get in. It was a very comfortable and cozy place to relax. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. We loved cozying up in the living room with the fireplace on. Great location, too. We enjoyed the outlets in San Clemente, the car show, and often visited San Juan Capistrano.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Wonderful hosts! So accommodating and kind and flexible! Only about 3 minute walk to the beach and so quiet and calm. Love it!

Great property. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Accessing the first time was tricky, but instructions were thorough and there were no issues.

Great host, convenient location

Hi! We loved our stay and time here! All the details were well thought out, even down to having plastic baggies for us to put leftovers in. It really felt like home away from home! The hosts even had a book laminated with things to do in the area, restaurants and kid friendly activities. My toddlers loved the toys and it was a nice place to relax and enjoy our time as a family. I would stay here again no hesitation, it was such a great rental. I also wanted to say I was impressed that there were so many baby friendly and safety features. There’s even a wagon in the garage to pack stuff up and take to the beach. Literally every detail was pre planned which made this so welcoming. Loved that we could walk to the beach and to the pier from here. It really is a great location and trip! Thank you again for hosting us!

We had a great stay! Chris and Jillian's house is beautiful and has a great location. It was amazing waking up to the ocean view every morning. It was very peaceful and relaxing! Plus they had lots of great beach toys for the kids to play with.

One of a kind location, with breathtaking views of the ocean, beach, and coastal homes. Especially loved the access to the coast and point right outside the property. Easy parking on property and street. Close to everything that makes beach cities fabulous. Super clean and cozy with the fireplace a welcome amenity for cooler coastal evenings.

Great week in this very walkable location! We were a family of seniors, 55-88. The beach is right there, and the Boardwalk and Newport Pier a short walk away. We used the kitchen daily (great appliances, plenty of dishes and pans) and walked to several restaurants. We loved having the bikes and the beach accessories are plentiful. Garage parking accommodated 2 sedan cars, very appreciated. We had a wonderful time, in fact my mother, 88, has already said she wants to go back next year! Thank you for answering all my questions before I booked this for my mom. Highly recommend.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! We really enjoyed our stay at the Newport Coast Villas. We chose the hotel because we wanted to hunker down after having had surgery in the area. The one disappointment was that we expected there to be room service but this facility doesn’t have that. Other than that, we were quite pleased. The facility is beautiful and the two-bedroom villa was very well appointed and comfortable. The communication and check in were seamless.
