Beach condo holiday rentals in Balboa Peninsula, Newport Beach

We loved our stay here! Great location to the marina, beach, piers, restaurants, and things to do. Walkable to the beach. Can’t wait to come back!

Ted saved the day! We had booked another property through a different rental service and that owner never showed up leaving us stranded. We booked Ted's place literally at the last minute. He was so accommodating and his place ended up being better than original place we had booked! Condo has a full size, 2 car garage which is amazing for Newport! The location was right next to beach, restaurants and bars, convenient stores. comfy beds, t.v.'s in all rooms. Great stay,

this place was perfect for weekend for 2. we loved the location and were able to find free street parking (be willing to hunt). it was extremely clean and Leila was so responsive. We highly recommend!

Michael's place was exactly as described. We had a great time exploring the neighborhood, walking to Whale Watching boats across the street and running on the beach promenade (goes for miles). The location was incredible with access to very good restaurants and shops. I especially appreciated the parking spots which made me feel super safe coming in and out of the building. Michael was also extremely responsive to all our inquiries.

This is one of those places that you hate to give a 5 star review and share how amazing your stay was, because you don’t want others to know and share it! We absolutely loved our stay here and the staff, surroundings, pool and rooms were beautiful. So many family activities nearby, beautiful beaches and parks!

The beach place is in a fantastic location with plenty of space. The three bedrooms are nicely sized, and the kitchen, dining, and living room areas are comfortable without being crowded. The patio is awesome! The apartment looks right out at the beach, with the boardwalk just on the other side of the patio. It is a very walkable area with restaurants and shops all nearby.

Great location for the conference I was going to at the Long Beach Convention Center. Leslie goes above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need in her studio-sized condo. It felt like a home away from home and I really appreciate all the extra little touches - coffee, the well-stocked kitchen utensils/tools, etc.

The view and location were fabulous. Walked to several fantastic nearby restaurants and cafes. Our group had a wonderful stay. Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful when needed. The only thing to note is parking can be slightly challenging if you have more than 2 cars. The two spots included with the residence are great and feel very safe. We had guests coming in from all different directions so we had additional cars. There are lots with free day parking nearby but then need to be moved in the evening. There is free evening parking on street if you’re able to snag a spot. It’s paid max 2hr parking during the day.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect with the Alamitos Bay and Naples directly in front and a short walk to the beach and to great places to eat and shop. John was a great host who was very kind and helpful. The sunrises are fantastic. The neighbors were very friendly and welcoming as well.

Wonderful hosts! So accommodating and kind and flexible! Only about 3 minute walk to the beach and so quiet and calm. Love it!

Great location, secure building, and a well furnished studio. The complementary water and coffee were much appreciated. Nico was easy to communicate with as well.

We had a great stay! The space is nice and clean and in an amazing location. There is a great brewery around the corner and most of all a lovely walk from the apartment to the beach. Andrea was extremely responsive and helpful. She took extra care in making sure our group would fit and allowed us to be flexible at check-in and out. The place is actually bigger than I expected. We were 7 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant and we fit perfectly. Maybe it's not ideal for 4 couples that want individual privacy and a big table to sit all around at once, but there are 3 sleeping spaces, plenty of linens and towels for everyone and 2 bathrooms so you can easily make it work for 2 or 3 families! Definitely recommend.

Maya's place was exactly as described. It was the perfect size and location for our family. Great coffee shop around the corner!!! Parkong really does suck but that was clearly outlined in the listing. Close enough to walk many places! games and toys were a nice addition for our kids.

The location is a dream, but what made this space really stand out were the charming Christmas decorations both inside and out, Susan’s quick responses when we had questions, willingness to help us with parking, and literally ANYTHING we needed. Also I just have to comment on how wonderfully comfortable the bed was in the master bedroom. A truly special place on Balboa island in a prime location - for a spectacular stay! Highly recommend! Cute little place with nice modern touches. We felt comfortable right away. The kitchen was well equipped and we were able to make many meals. The location is GREAT! The host is very responsive and proactive. I would definitely stay here again.
