Waterfront holiday rentals in Balangan Beach

Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Super cool spot ~ Very friendly staff/locals and an awesome vibe. Everything you need, supermarket within walking distance, beautiful waves to surf and tasty food served in the cafe. Bed was extremely comfortable and the view from the bed is the ocean, which is unbeatable. Sleep with the sound of the waves and wake up to it - Loved my time! Lively atmosphere so suits those more social.

Great maid service! However location is’nt very good if you want to sleep before midnight. Check in instructions were unclear we ended up having to walk our luggage all the way to the second reception to pick up the key. Overall stay was 8/10

Enjoyed our time staying in Nusa dua. All in all a great stay, you will be happy! Note for people coming here there is a Coco Express opposite the Novotel to get your needs for the first night. Walk out the exit past the Pause Cafe and turn left on the road. It will be on the opposite side of the road to the hotel.

Great villa, perfect location on the cliff looking out over the Indian ocean, would highly recommend booking a stay here if you get the chance!

Finding a good AirBNB place to stay in Bali is a lucky dip - not knowing the location/surroundings - but we were lucky with Villa Sky. Layout/rooms/pool were outstanding. Three bedrooms with aircon and nice clean ensuites. Aircon’d main kitchen/lounge area was well-appointed and where we hung out most of the time. The villa is situated in Seseh, which the next suburb on from Canggu. The black sand beach was 3 minutes walk away - often went there for a sunset walk. Within the same 3 minutes walk was a great pizza place, cafe serving western & Indonesian, little store(like a small 711), Pilates, corner cafe that served great coffees and breakfasts (and seemed to be busy all day) Villa Sky was a great place for just chilling.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Shakti with our two kids (4.5 and 8). The villa itself really is stunning and has such a lovely indoor / outdoor feeling about it. Sri who looked after the villa while we were there was so lovely and always available to help with anything. On the day we left, Sri called us 5 minutes after we left to let us know we had forgotten a pair of earpods and offered to come meet us to drop them off (we were on our way to the airport) which was so appreciated. The Villa is just a two minute walk to the Cashew tree which has amazing food and drinks (and gym if you want to work out!) and has a playground for smallies. It is also a short 10 minute walk to Bingin with lots of restaurants, shops etc, and and also a short bike ride to Uluwatu itself. There is also a lovely beach just a short walk away, lots of steps down but worth it! We stayed in few places in Bali and this was definitely a favourite. Thank you Sri and team for a great stay, we will be back!

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Beautiful view, unique location with a few warungs and bars around. Place was clean, tidy and as described. Would stay again. Mega was a very responsive host and Aris made the check in process so convenient, even offering to help with our luggage down the stairs. Overall fantastic view and loved our stay - just be prepared for the stairs!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly polite and efficient. They ensured the property was cleaned and arranged every alternate day, which made our stay even more comfortable and stress-free. One day, I requested an electric cooker, and they provided it within no time—such prompt and thoughtful service! The host also gave great recommendations for local cafes and stores, which added a lovely touch to our experience. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, service, and hospitality made this a memorable stay. I’d highly recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

The place is amazing. It is spacious with great ocean view. There’s an access to the private beach. The host is friendly and responsive. Definitely enjoy our time spent in the villa.

Perfect villa with 2 private rooms and bathrooms, pool & full kitchen. Tucked well away from the main road, next to a river, super safe and quiet. Highly recommend
