The cottage is in a very secluded and stunning location with beautiful views across the hills and valleys, you are well within reach of all Snowdonia has to offer, ie Water sports, walks, Activity Centres and local amenities. Plenty of footpaths in stones throw from the cottage leading to even more breath taking views.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

No hot tub available on: Dec 20th to 23rd 2024 24th March to 3rd Feb 2025 Prices lower to reflect that. Enjoy a relaxing stay in a perfect location which includes a hot tub and large open decking with seating surrounded by stunning views of the Dee valley. You are spoilt for choice with walks and outdoor activities. The house is a few minutes walk to the ChainBridge (historic pub/restaurant) over the River Dee while also being a 20 min walk from the buzzing picturesque town of Llangollen.

Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Nant Y Glyn is a charming, traditional Welsh stone cottage which was build in the early 1800s. We have updated the property to give it a fresh comfortable feel but have retained many original features. One of which is the splendid stone fireplace which now houses a log burning stove. The cottage is nestled within the old part of town, located on a quiet street and within a 2 min walk to the shops and restaurants. There is a small enclosed front patio area with a place to secure bikes.

Set up to be as comfortable as possible for a couple. Just east and high in the hills above Bala and at one end of our isolated "Long-house" is this cosy self contained cottage. Stunning views from over 1000 ft with the use of our gardens and also our lake! A full Cinema system, collapse after a long day with the log burner, popcorn and a film!
