I did not meet Azer in person but he responded to every request. His instructions to access the apartment was very clear. Azeri’s place is located in a quiet and safe residential area of Baku and there are shops and restaurants within 8-10 minutes walking distance. The metro is a bit far and takes about 15 minutes to walk and is called Ganjlik metro and is called to a large mall called Ganjlik Mall. Bolt taxis are easily accessible and reasonably priced. For some reason Google Map does not show Azeri’s place but in the Bolt taxi app it’s not an issue. Azeri’s place is value for money with two huge en-suite bedrooms and is well heated as well as air conditioned. The floors of the bathrooms are also heated. The living, dining and kitchen space is also very big. The master bedroom opens to balcony and the room size is like a small apartment. Azer is a nice and honest guy and did not increase the rent of his place during COP 29 in Baku when prices quadrupled in many Airbnb places.

From Reservation to our final days of this stay Ilkin has been extremely communicative and proactive. He even found a solution for us for transportation. The accommodations were very comfortable and clean, anytime we needed anything Ilkin was available to hear our request and made it happen right away. The location was great and walking distance to a lot of great sights as well as about three blocks from the metro station.

The host was incredibly welcoming and sweet. I received help in any questions i had during my stay at the apartment. The apartment was amazing, very good space, comfortable furniture and everything I need during my stay was included in the apartment. Worth every bit of the price given for such an apartment.

It was a great experience.Farxad checked me in.The room is in a very new condition, which I am very satisfied with.I don't like houses for too long.Convenient to get around, there is a bus stop downstairs, and it is easy to go to 28May.There is also a supermarket downstairs!I would love to stay again next time if I have the opportunity to come to Baku.

I visited Baku with my wife and another couple. The house was exactly what it looked like online. As soon as we entered we felt right at home. The host Natella is super friendly and extremely responsive. Being new to the city, whenever we had any questions, Natella made sure to guide us, even when she was super busy. I highly recommend the house and host! The location is not more than 10-15 minutes from the main tourist areas and it's super easy to book a cab (unless there's a big event in the city like F1). Overall, it was the best decision we made.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center and Xatai metro station.The apartment was clean, modern, and had all the amenities I needed. The host (Laila & mom) was incredibly kind and provided me with a detailed guide to the area, including great restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends & families . Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Zakir is a perfect host to have. Right from the beginning we never felt like we are talking to a stranger. He not only explained the house instructions clearly but also helped us buying groceries on his personal car. House was more than what we saw in the pictures. It was a newly built clean house away from the city and close to the beach. Pool area was super clean with good lighting at night. House 10/10 Host 11/10 for helping us buying groceries. Recommendation a microwave oven in Kitchen will help guests warming their food 😋

Vefa thanks for the hospitality! The apartment is in a nice area with a beautiful view from the balcony. Large supermarkets are within a walking distance, transport under the window and a large parking lot near the house. Vepha is one of the best hosts in my years of experience using AirBnb. Very responsive, empathetic, always available and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

Turqay is an amazing host. Our stay went very nice. we did late check in and Turqay was proactive, he sent us the pictures and videos of the place and where he put the keys. The apartment is same as described in the photos. there were extra towels, WiFi, soap,cooking utensils. the place is a stones throw away from nizami street and every touristy place is reachable within 15 minutes walk. we even got locked out of the apartment at 3 am in the night and Turqay was very accommodating we called him at night and he arranged for the keys to the apartment. He is also fluent in English which is a plus.

Farid was absent and his mum contacted with us. She was very helpful and can speak english enough for give us basic information. Apartment is modern, very spacious, clean and quite. 10minutes from metro station.
