I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

Spectacular. Highly recommended. The view is beyond words. A 5 minute walk to a small neighborhood with multiple restaurants and an excellent Gelateria. A 10-15 minute walk the opposite direction to shops, restaurants and beach front cafes eventually connecting to the main boardwalk in to the city (45-60 minute walk; 15 minute drive; $20E taxi; 25 minute/ 1.50 E transit). Ample kitchen, phenomenal terrace. The host is incredibly responsive and accommodating. We spent 3 days and 2 nights with our 2 adult daughters. Wished it was longer.

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is deserved: access is accessed by an extremely narrow alley bordered by walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

Perfect accommodation to enjoy Naples without worries from one of the most beautiful areas of the city: the location is beautiful and the value for money is great. I was enchanted by the location and cleanliness of the very kind host house

We had some very nice days at Christian's place. He doesn't know what good he can do for us as guests to have a good time, and offers great suggestions for restaurants and things to both see and do. Also responds immediately to messages. The beach was in walking distance, and what a beach, absolutely stunning! The apartment is also very nice, modern and well equipped and with nice, private patios. The apartment is a bit outside the city center, so it might be okay to have a car.

We recently stayed at Lucas House, a lovely villa in the mountains of Scauri, just a short drive from Rome. The house is beautiful, with lots of space and comfortable beds. The views are amazing, and we loved both the private pool and the larger shared pool. Most rooms had air conditioning, which was great. Driving in the area can be tricky, but the "authentic" Italian experience makes it worthwhile. There aren't many tourists, which makes it feel very real, but it might be challenging language and service-wise if you prefer more tourist-friendly places. Overall, Lucas House was perfect for our big family. It is child-friendly, though the large marble stairs make it more suitable for children over 3.5 years old. It’s close to many beautiful spots and beaches. Dealing with Luca and his team was easy and smooth. Thank you, Luca, for hosting us in your wonderful villa!

We had a fantastic stay in the Villa. It has an amazing view from the mountain side down to the sea. And sitting down at the terrace looking out was beautiful. Communication was great and there was very quick response. Having the private pool was amazing, despite the beach down at formia is very nice and friendly for families. The small restaurants in formia as well was nice. We would definitely visit again.

We had a very pleasant stay and really loved the house. It had a wonderful view over the sea and the pool was very clean with a perfect temperature. We could walk to the beach, just took about 10 min. The surroundings were calm but there were a lot of restaurants near the beach and in the small town. The house was 2 hours from Rome with car, to Naples we took the train which took us about 1 hour and 20 min. Would love to come back, the hosts were super nice and friendly!

Apartment and it’s terracw were very nice and convenient, in quiet neighborhood. During the week it was very quiet, weekends were busier. Location is great, walking distance to beach and supermarket. The pool was also very nice, our 9-Year-old enjoyed it very much. Host Constantino was very friendly and helpful. Communications with him was super easy.

We felt very comfortable in Roni's apartment. The space is wonderfully located. We had breakfast with the balcony window open and had a great view of the sea, the island of Capri and the hustle and bustle on the beautiful promenade. Very good restaurants are within walking distance. The apartment is flooded with light and offers plenty of space. The communication with Roni was great and extremely friendly. He always responded very quickly and offered us his help and tips. We will hopefully have the opportunity to vacation there again.

The house is as pictured, very clean and in a strategic point compared to some of the main neighborhoods of the city. The host was always very responsive and present. We slept very well at night. In the morning he helped us hold our luggage to allow one last walk without getting in the way before going to the train.

We both liked the apartment overall. We were happy that there were a few basic things like oil, salt, pepper, coffee, etc. in the kitchen. For everything else, there is a nice small supermarket around the corner. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. Getting around Procida on foot is a bit tiring in the long run, as the streets are very narrow and there are practically no sidewalks. You have to be very mindful of the cars and motorbikes. Otherwise, we found the island very beautiful. (one minor gripe: the hard matress. but this, of course, is very subjective)

Our stay was overall very good! Breakfast was brought every day, and the house felt cosy and safe. One small issue is that one of the bedrooms functions as the entrance hall, but as we were travelling in a family group this was not an issue!

Beautiful structure, clean and well cared for. It also has a common terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Rosa was a great host—she offered numerous recommendations for local activities. The place is beautiful and has fantastic views of the water. This is a perfect location for guests who would like to stay in a quieter area that is still a fairly quick (~10-15 min) taxi to the historic center.

Very nice accommodation in characteristic fishing district. Silvia is a super friendly and accommodating hostess, the apartment is bright and cozily furnished, from the terrace you have a magnificent view of the sea and the picturesque town. Absolutely recommended!
