Book this dreamy first line beach apartment. Walking straight out of the entrance you will have sand between your toes within 10 seconds. Add a few more and they will be wet. Recently rebuilt from the floor beams up, my guests approve. In the last two years on Airbnb I've received all but praise and five star reviews. 4,9 on average out of 140 reviews. Carlos is an amazing host, from the moment we got to his apartment to the moment when we checked out. He was always responsive and replies to all our calls and messages. He greeted us with warmth, and was very kind to show us all the amenities even leaving behind some extras which saved us from going to the shop that evening. The apartment has plenty of on street parking and he even gave us access to his private garage. The location is superb, with the beach so close that you only need to cross one road. Great bus routes and plenty of restaurants and shops all within minutes of reach. Paloma park was so close and it had so much to do for the children, with the Marina located next to it. The apaprtment was immaculate and had all the amenities listed, all working and in excellent condition. Plenty of crockery and cutlery, and the balcony has an amazing view of the ocean. It truly is a gem. Thanks for hosting us Carlos. We loved it.

Yet again we had a lovely stay at Liwa’s apartment. The beautiful views from the big balcony are to die for. Also the well appointed apartment with everything you could wish for for a wonderful stay. The location of Benal Beach is very close to everything, the beach, restaurants and lovely walks along the promenade to the Harbour and beyond. I can highly recommend a stay

We loved our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the sea and the paseo. A secure and convenient location. Halfway between marina and the Old Town. There was no traffic in front of building. Everything was steps away from apartment — restaurants, grocery stores, cafes, fruit vendors, bakeries, etc. Raquel & Juanma were such friendly, professional and responsive hosts. We would not hesitate to return.

The stay was perfect in every way! I😍'm sorry I was just passing through and spent a night here , but we'll definitely be back! The view of the beach from the balcony is priceless! 🤗 restaurants, bars can be reached within a few minutes of seta!:) I would like to emphasize that the apartment was extremely clean and smelled fresh, which is very important to me because we were in a place where there was no emphasis on this at all. Peter & Andrea are very nice, helpful hosts, I always got a response from them in a few minutes:)

Loved the location and Mariano was amazing, but the house really needs updating- beds were quite uncomfortable and outside furniture really needs replacing. The house seems very geared towards families with children rather than adults. The bathroom really needs renovation and I would suggest a double bed in the back bedroom for an adult. But the location was wonderful and the sunrises and sunsets were breathtaking taking! Also, Mariano goes above and beyond for clients- very impressive and so kind!

The house is perfect for a family stay. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the sea pleasantly lulls us to sleep. It has everything needed for everyday life. In reality, it looks even better than in the photos; we were very pleasantly surprised by the newly renovated bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a hammock, which allowed our baby to have wonderful naps. Additionally, the house is located next to a promenade that is ideal for evening jogging or walks with a child and a stroller. There is a well-equipped pharmacy and shops nearby. The communication with Kelly was excellent. One thing to be prepared for – during our stay in September, there were a lot of mosquitoes that kept our child awake. We used a lamp and a mosquito net over the baby's bed – it might be worth installing one permanently.
